The Lychgate Cottages on Priory Row are some of the oldest buildings in the city, dating from 1415, and provide a unique place to stay in the heart of Coventry.

The large modern kitchen-dining area features grey quartz worktops, modern Neff cooker with induction hob, integrated dishwasher, microwave, fridge with icebox, and quality cooking equipment. To the rear is a utility room, and access to the rear private enclosed courtyard which is available for guests.

On the first floor is a large double bedroom and a generously sized bathroom, with a large luxury shower.

On the second floor is a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom containing a modern freestanding bath.


PLEASE NOTE:
This is an historic building (dating to the 15th century). The stairs are steep.

There is no car parking on the site. The nearest car park is Salt Lane car park (CV1 2GY) which is located just five minutes’ walk away.
