The Milk Parlour is a spacious single storey cottage with a large open plan living area which defines sophistication and comfort. There is a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of room to sit and chat around the island or relax on the sofa overlooking the countryside. The cottage has two bedrooms of similar size with super-king beds (which can be made into a twin bedroom by request at time of booking) and en-suite shower rooms for your privacy. There is also a small cloakroom off the living room area. The Milk Parlour will accommodate one well-behaved dog. Cosy, recently renovated cottages with self-indulgent home comforts. The properties are set in a sleepy village within a stone's throw of a typical quintessential English country pub. The perfect self-catering retreats are nestled in the heart of Shakespeare country, with rural views but close to historical towns and places of interest. For those of you that like to walk, there are many public footpaths as well as canal towpaths which wind along the beautiful Warwickshire countryside.
Situated in the grounds of Finwood Green Farm, The Calf Shed and The Milk Parlour have been lovingly furnished and decorated to create cosy but luxurious self-catering retreats away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Located in a quiet corner of the farm, they have lovely countryside views and their own outdoor space to dine out and enjoy the fresh air.
The Calf Shed The open plan living area provides a calm relaxing space to unwind. Escape the stress of urban life and sit peacefully with a book or chat around the table with your friends or family. The property has two bedrooms, a smaller one on the ground floor and a larger one on the first floor. They both boast super-king beds for your comfort (which can be made into a twin bedroom by request at time of booking) and crisp cotton sheets for that extra indulgence and holiday luxury. You will also have your own en-suite shower room for added privacy.

A very comfortable stay in a very well equipped apartment in peaceful countryside.
Extremely clean and beautifully equipped accommodation. Just what we wanted for some peaceful evenings while visiting family locally. Very comfortable beds!
We could not have chosen a better place, perfect for our weekend with friends.
Very high standard cottage, beautifully fitted out in a quiet location yet close to everything we needed. We liked the two bedrooms being the same size with en suites, so everything equal for both couples! Great places both to visit and eat out very close by.
A lovely stay in a beautiful accommodation in a wonderful part of the UK
The accommodation is beautifully appointed and having lived in the area previously it gave us convenient access to our friends and family. You can easily walk down to the village meaning you can have leisurely walks along the canal and eat/drink at the Fleur de Lys. We would have liked to stay longer so that we could experience more of the Warwickshire sunsets especially as the room overlooks fields.
Accommodation was very tastefully converted with highend fixtures and fittings. wine and biscuits were a lovely surprise and most gratefully accepted.
For four people it would be nice to have eight place settings so we did not have to washup after every meal.
Everything is as it says on the tin and better. Sally has thought of everything and the little details make this 5* +. Super clean, super comfortable and quiet.
Warwick Castle, NT Caughton Court not far away and we cycled on quiet, almost nil traffic country lanes, and along the tow paths. All the local pubs are good too.
Simon and I have spent the last three years sympathetically renovating what was an old calf shed and milking parlour to provide two relaxing country retreats for short breaks or longer stays. I recently retired from teaching to carry out the vision we had over ten years ago when we bought the farm. We are both very excited and look forward to welcoming our guests to our new venture and will be readily available should you need anything
