Beautiful Villa in the "Llenaire" area very close to the beach that bears its name. Located near "La albufareta" a natural area where you can see unique species of the Islands. Reformed very recently, it maintains a fusion of native Majorcan character with an air of "pagesia" and modern art.

The owners take care of the maintenance directly for your enjoyment, this detail can be seen in the infinity of details that will make your stay as pleasant as possible.

In addition to the facilities and areas you expect to find in a villa of these characteristics, you will find a reading room with a library and views of an interior pond.A fully functional piano, A fully functional American pool table, a barbecue where you can enjoy a very special menu if you wish.

Large gardens with a wide variety of plants and fruit trees.

It has a large salt pool (hydrolysis), with an attached jacuzzi in the pool itself. If you prefer to relax indoors, the en-suite bathroom in the superior room also has a heated Jacuzzi.

3 of the 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There could hardly be better conditions for a stress-free vacation.

La maison est exactement comme sur les photos, nous n'avons eu aucune mauvaise surprise. Tout était très bien entretnu et propre, une femme de ménage est venue au bout de 3 jours changer les lits et faire le ménage. Les propriétaires étaient très gentils et accueillants.

Traumhafte Finka!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Grundstück ist super groß und sehr gepflegt. In der Finka mangelt es an nichts. Die Küche ist großzügig mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir würden diese Finka jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Drei Paare jeweils mit einem kleinen Kind (2 Jahre). Der Vermieter war sehr sehr nett und hat uns sogar zusätzliche Babybetten und Kinderstühle aufgebaut / gebracht. Besonders der Pool wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Die Nähe zu den Stränden und Städten Pollenca und Alcudia ist optimal. Ein Mietwagen sollte man jedoch haben ;-) Danke an den Vermieter!!!! Die Villa ist uneingeschränkt weiterzuepfehlen!

Fantastic property - everyone loved it!

Property was excellent and well maintained. Comfortable for our party of 2 adults and 5 children. Liked the different inside and outside areas. Especially enjoyed the piano and library areas. Pool was excellent and we had excellent weather. Small warning - make sure you wrap up sweet food to avoid attracting the ants, would benefit from some airtight containers. Property is isolated so a car is essential and you have a 1.5km drive from the main Pollensa road. Pollensa is a lovely old town and not commercialised. Very nice to eat and relax in and around the town square. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Shame we didn't stay longer and would highly recommend this property.

Sehr schönes Haus und nette Vermieter

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Es ist vollständig eingerichtet, Reinigungsservice Mittwochs mit Handtuchwechsel und Samstags zusätzlich Bettwäschewechsel. Das Grundstück ist gepflegt, alles ist sauber. Vor allem sind die Vermieter positiv zu bewerten.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit ein paar Abstrichen

Im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Hausverwaltung war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war geheizt, großzügig und die Außenanlage wirklich sehr schön! Leider war zum täglichen Leben kaum etwas vorhanden, weder Kinderspielzeug noch Toilettenpapier oder ausreichend Küchentücher. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. In einem Doppelschlafzimmer war es sehr muffig und das Bett war für 2 Erwachsene viel zu klein. Für ein Bad im Pool war es noch etwas zu früh, da der Pool nicht geheizt und das Wasser dementsprechend kühl war. Dennoch hatten wir mit 8 Erwachsenen und einem Kind eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Zoals reeds meermaals vermeld in vorige recensies: een kraaknette villa, met prachtige tuin in een adembenemende omgeving. Helemaal geen last gehad van geluiden van dieren van de buren. Alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig. Veel handdoeken , zelfs strandlakens, voorzien welke halfwekelijks worden ververst. Gezien de temperatuur van het voorjaar konden we de centrale verwarming voor de ochtenden en avonden zeer apprecieren. Wifi werkt zeer goed. Een villa met zoveel knusse plekjes om te relaxen, te lezen ! En vooral de snelle, eerlijke communicatie met de hosts biedt vertrouwen de villa te huren, waarvoor dank aan Joana en Mateu ! Excellent villa in quiet location

If you want your holiday villa to be smart, well equipped and set in extensive well -kept gardens, then this is the place for you. The house has a very large open plan lounge with dining room and well equipped kitchen. At the back of the villa is a shady patio with lemon tree and herb garden which is great for the barbecue meals. Outside, there is a large veranda with large dining table with views over the pool and garden. All the bedrooms were good size, but the master bedroom had amazing views of the countryside. Small negatives: the access to the villa is via winding small lanes which takes some getting used to and the pool was prone to wasps (although they were not aggressive and none of us got stung). The villa next door is more of a farm with dogs, chickens and a donkey so there were occasional farmyard noises, but this wasn't excessive and didn't cause a problem. A great holiday home for relaxing, bird watching and access to the Puerto Pollensa area (car essential)!

Beautiful spacious villa in rural location

Lots of nice things have already been said about this property and I agree with all of those. We had a lovely stay here in early April (Easter holiday), 8 of us in total: us two parents with our children and 4 grandparents. I'll focus on the minor points that people should be aware of when staying here. At this time of year the outside temperature was fluctuating from the low teens to over 20 deg C. We did not choose to have the heating on as this requires a generator to be run, the cost of which was rather high, so in the evenings the villa felt a little chilly. Although it is advertised as having a fireplace (and it does have a large and attractive one), there was a sign on it warning that it shouldn't be used. I had asked the villa manager prior to arrival if we could use it and was told we could. So we put up with the chill and just wore jumpers etc. Whilst there are 4 bathrooms, only 2 are ensuite: the master bedroom with the jacuzzi bath and the downstairs bedroom has one as well. There is also a separate bathroom upstairs shared between the other 2 rooms. Finally there is a 'pool bathroom' at the foot of the stairs near the front door which has a toilet, sink and shower for people using the pool. This didn't get used much in our stay as the pool (which is unheated) was really too cold to use most of the time. The pool does have a jacuzzi on the side of it which the kids enjoyed! The location is very rural and the view from the rooms goes out over fields and a stream adjacent to the Albufereta bird reserve. However there is a property directly behind the villa, which is not shown in the photos, and it has a donkey, dogs and cockerels... Unfortunately the dogs were often barking late at night and in the early morning, along with the cockerels crowing even before the sun was up and the occasional braying of the donkey. I appreciate these are the sounds of rural Majorca and many places have barking dogs but in such close proximity and at these hours it was quite irritating. However, this was probably the worst minor point and it didn't detract too much from our overall enjoyment. The villa has a few little extras which were nice to have: the pool table, a frog pond (though the frogs could also be quite noisy!), an outdoor BBQ area with orange trees (a lovely sun trap when it was windy), an electric piano, a fantastic reading area with many Spanish and English books, games and bongos! Finally the managers looked after us well.

As regards the central heating, as we comunicated you at the moment of your reservation, in months like April, the heating is some weeks necessary and others not, so we like giving the guest the option to decide so that an unnecessary spending is not done. What concerns to the neighbour as we talked during your stay, we arrived to a commitment with him to arrange this problem, as his property is also a turistic holiday villa. We have recently returned from a stay at Villa Moliner in March. The villa is very nice, it has everything you need when away from home, it is of a high standard and all of the rooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed a BBQ or two outside, with a choice of many eating areas. The outside space of the villa is really nice, our 2 year old really enjoyed playing in the large garden and whilst we didn't use the pool it looked very nice... The villa is well set up for young ones and it really helped having a cot & high chair & extra toys! supplied by the villa. The owners were very helpful throughout and we would not only like to recommend staying here, we will also be back for another stay hopefully in the future. The Villa is quite well located, easy access to the beach or Alcudia, Pollenca & Puerto Pollenca, a car is recommended for ease of access though.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben 13 wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Moliner verbracht. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder von 8 und 11 Jahren.Die Villa liegt sehr ländlich und es ist daher auch sehr ruhig. Zu den Orten Pollenca und Alcudia sind es nur ein paar Kilometer. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall erforderlich. Die Beschreibung im Internet entspricht dem tatsächlichem Zustand vor Ort. Jeden Mittwoch und Samstag wurde die Villa gereinigt und es gab neue Handtücher. Nach einer Woche gab es auch neue Bettwäsche. Der Zustand der Villa ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich von den Vermietern empfangen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in Pollenca. Hervorzuheben ist der große Pool in dem unsere beiden Enkel aber auch wir viel Spass hatten. Es war ein rundherum schöner Urlaub in der Villa Moliner und man kann dieses Feriendomizil ohne Einschränkung weiter empfehlen.

BEAUTIFUL villa gardens and owners.

this is such a lovely place to be with family /friends the owners Mathew and Joana are delightful and very kind people . they made sure everything we asked for was supplied. we are family of 8 (2babies) and the villa was great for all of us to have our own space the location is simply stunning and easy to visit PUERTO POLELNSA POLENZA ALCUDIA AND CALA ST. VICENTE . will visit Villa Moliner again in the future thank you so very much Joana and Mathew we hope to see you again sometime in the future x

beautiful villa in quiet location

We spent a week in the villa, as a base for a group of seven, both cyclists and non cyclists, and found it perfect. The villa was spacious enough for us to spread out. We all used the pool and loved it. It looks particularly lovely at night with the coloured lights in the water. The kitchen was well enough equipped for us to cook for us all every day, Some of our party who arrived early were met by Mateu who gave them a friendly welcome and helped them to leave their luggage even though the villa wasn't ready. Everything was spotless by the time we arrived properly. We loved the villa and hope to return!

Sehr zu empfehlen

Die Villa Moliner ist eine sehr empfehlenswerte Urlaubsadresse. Die Angaben im Internet entsprechen dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Die Finca ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und vor allem großräumig und besitzt über eine komfortable Ausstattung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und entspannt und trotzdem ist mit dem Auto alles super schnell zu erreichen. Vor allem der Billardtisch und der Pool sorgten für nette Abwechslung für Jung und Alt gleichermaßen. Das Besitzerehepaar war stets erreichbar und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Bei Anfragen oder Problemen wurde uns umgehend geholfen. Wir können diese Finca auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

A magnificent, peaceful, luxurious villa

Impressive villa that had a beautiful garden and swimming pool. We enjoyed the jacuzzi bath and poolside jacuzzi. Very well kept and extremely clean. Free wifi was easy to setup. Tv has UK children channels. The owners of the property are lovely. They were very quick in addressing some minor problems when we arrived e.g. we needed a highchair. Could not fault the villa. Only negative is that it is not really beachside - it is very isolated so you need a car. Would be a long walk to beach. Polensa - a ten minute car journey - is bea

Thank you very much for your review, it has been a great pleasure to welcome you in Villa Moliner and we are pleased that you had a good holiday in Pollença. Concerning to the location of the house, we inform in the description of the villa that the nearest beach is at 5km. In fact "Can cap de bou" is nearer, and the house is just 600mts to the beach, but due to the Natural park that is located between the house and the beach, you have to go backwards a few km on the road to go back to the beach.

Spring Holiday

I am so pleased I found this place on here, Its now one of my favourite places to stay. After arranging to meet Matthew at meeting point in Pollenca, who's family own the Villa, we followed him down a long country road to Villa Molliner. On arrival we were delighted it looked as good as the pictures suggested. The large garden is immaculately kept with plenty of furniture on offer. Inside we had a large reception/living space with ample seating SAT TV with plenty of UK channels, DVD & PS2. The downstairs also consists of a library, Dining Room, Kitchen with American Fridge,Dishwasher etc, a Laundry room just off the kitchen with washing machine, BBQ Area outside, A Shower Room plus Double Bedroom with Ensuite. Upstairs were 2 Twin Rooms, another Bathroom and Finally master Bedroom with ensuite including Jacuzzi Bath and Separate Shower. This bedroom also has a safe. Towels are provided including Beach Towels and changed midweek. Fresh fruit had also been kindly left for us to enjoy my the owners, a nice touch. The Wifi was excellent and seemed to stretch to all the rooms and around the pool without a problem. We found everything to be spotlessly clean and in working order. We had not initially requested the use of the central heating as the weather had been good in the weeks approaching our stay, however on the 2nd day we decided it was required as I seemed to have jinxed the weather and I called Matthew who was happy to send a friendly chap over immediately to connect it.. The pool was lovely and Matthew showed us how to work the Jacuzzi within it, however due to the changeable weather on our stay we did not use it as much as we had hoped. I can honestly recommend this Villa to anyone who is considering it, you will not be disappointed. Its off the beaten track so you will need a car, its about 4 km to Puerta Pollenca and Alcudia, so only a 5 minute drive. Both have plenty of restaurants and bars. I hired a bike from Purta Pollenca and found this a very useful base to start my bike rides in to the Mountains. All in all excellent Villa with excellent facilities.

Super Adresse

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dieser Super Villa verbracht. Das Haus hat einen hohen Standard und alles ist sehr sauber und klasse. Uns fehlte nichts und wir genossen insbesonderen den Billardtisch, den grossen Pool und die Ruhe um uns. Auch für Kleinkinder sehr geeignet. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene 1 Kind von 4 1/2 Jahren und 2 Kinder von 19 Monaten. Kindersicherungen sind vorhanden und wir fühlten uns wirklich sehr wohl. Die Besitzer haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und standen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Fam. Schwab
