Although obviously larger than a train cabin, this apartment is similar in conception (collapsible beds) so you have to be easy with small spaces. You will have an independent apartment all for you at the price of a shared room!
2 beds but allowed for one person only, no couples please.
This apartment is very quiet 24/7, with efficient heating/cooling, not overlooking a street but am ancient bright private court repaired from direct pollution.
Mobility rentals only: no tourists (no exceptions!) temporary and secondary residence only, one month (30 nights) minimum, priced per night. To be eligible for a mobility rental, you must prove in writing (mission letter, short study course inscription etc.) that you come for short work/study stages and sign a simple “mobility rental” contract. Longer term studies (e.g. 9-month university studies) will not be accepted.
This apartment CANNOT BE RENTED to:
1. People in search of another apartment
2. People already living in Parisian area and surroundings
3. For stays shorter than the needed period (for example, one month rental for a 6 months stage)
4. Digital nomads, smart workers and any people whose job/study is not located in Paris or directly linked to a Paris stay
