The Space:
Located on the second floor of a classic Victorian-Georgian townhouse, this two-bedroom flat offers a cosy and authentic stay in one of London’s most picturesque neighbourhoods. With its original wood floors, high ceilings, and tall windows, the space is full of natural light and timeless character.
The flat is simple but comfortable, with wooden furnishings and a lived-in charm that reflects the age of the building. It’s a walk-up (no lift), and while it may show signs of wear, it’s a warm and inviting base in the heart of Belgravia. Step out onto the small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or some fresh air above the quiet residential street

Guest Access:
To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, we use a smart lock system. To access your check-in instructions, please complete the ID verification process.

This verification is necessary to guarantee the safety and security of all our guests. Please ensure that the registration and ID verification are completed at least 24 hours before your arrival. For last-minute bookings, we will expedite the process as much as possible to accommodate your needs.

Once your ID is verified, you will receive detailed instructions for entering the property using the smart lock.

👜Luggage: If you are arriving before 3 pm, kindly ask us about the possibility of dropping off your bags before check-in (subject to availability). Alternatively, we highly recommend Stasher, which provides luggage storage around London at the best rate/hour.

The Neighborhood:
Lyall Street is located in the heart of Belgravia which allows quick access to all local amenities of Sloane Street and Knightsbridge including restaurants (Harry’s Dolce Vita and Hawksmoor), bars, cafes (Caffe Concerto and Feya), boutique shops, shopping outlets and attractions including Harrods, Knightsbridge, Belgrave Square, Buckingham Palace, Victoria & Albert Museum, Mayfair, Hyde Park, Oxford Street.

Today, Belgravia reflects its historical significance as a meticulously planned aristocratic residential area during the early 19th century.

Getting Around:
• Sloane Square Underground station (District and Circle line): 7min walk
• Victoria Underground station: 8 min walking distance (Victoria line, District and Circle lines)
• Multiple bus stops to get around London in a few minutes.

A Family Vacation

The property was comfortable and the location was so convenient. We enjoyed 7 days on the property. Communication was excellent and responsive as we experienced a problem with a smoke detector and a leak in the shower.

Lovely location

This was our first trip to London and the location was perfect. The metro and Buckingham Palace are a short walk away. The apartment is spacious and was comfortable for our family of 4. The management company was fabulous to deal with and responded quickly when we had an issue with no hot water.

Needs improvement

The place has great potential but sooooo many little things that we had to ask management about. Filthy mismatched furniture, no coffee pot, no basic essentials (salt, pepper, oil). Dirty mattress. Doors don’t close in 2nd bedroom, lights don’t work properly, no face towels or extra towels (4 were there). A/c was a portable unit in the bedroom, but the windows had to stay open for the vent. Positive - large master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Nice area

Great location, lots of space

The apartment is quite large, with lots of light and some quirky design features - multiple choice lighting, unusual layout etc. It was perfectly located, less than a 10 minutes walk to both Victoria and Sloane Sq tubes. It would have benefited from a little more minor conveniences - salt/pepper/oil/sauces/tea/sugar etc. There was a lack of cups/glasses but the owner responded very quickly and dropped off some brand new Habitat crockery and glasses. Similarly, when we couldn’t lock the balcony door they were there within the day to have a new lock fitted - very responsive. The tv needs to be fixed so you can actually watch uk terrestrial tv and the internet was painfully slow - couldn’t stream a Netflix movie without repeated buffering. Recommended for families.

Dirty, backed up toilet, carpet smells and needs replacing, no tea or coffee or basics,

Very excited about our stay in London and spent extra for a so called better place and was billed as 4stars but was a 1 to 2 star place at best, tv didn’t work on arrival, place was so dirty that it looked like someone who didn’t care. En-suite toilet was blocked and bad smell permeated the whole unit.To say it kind of ruined our time in London is an under statement, carpets need replacing with trip hazards due to what looked like flooding, showers didn’t drain and no doubt the reason for the carpets needing replacing, the kitchen was dirty with disgusting sponges left that you couldn’t clean a gutter with. Will be asking Stayz for our money back.
