The house located directly on the sea in Alcudia has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. The Aucanada golf course is located within walking distance.
The cosy and fully equipped villa has 160 mÂČ of living space and approximately 600 mÂČ of land.
Ground Floor:
The living and dining room is adjacent to the recently modernised open kitchen. The house is suitable for home office due to its fast internet connection, and there is also a 46-inch flat-screen TV with Astra satellite in the following language(s): Spanish, English, German), radio. A modern bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor.
The modern, open island - kitchen with gas hob is equipped with a refrigerator with integrated freezer compartment, microwave, oven, washing machine, iron/ironing board, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. Adjacent, you will find a large terrace with dining table, sun loungers and parasol with direct sea view. Here you can relax in the evening with a glass of wine and a good meal.
First Floor:
On the first floor, there are four bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and the others with a double bed (135 cm x 190 cm and 2x 150x190 cm) and a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Some of the bedrooms have access to the second terrace, which is also equipped with seating. A baby bed is available free of charge upon prior registration. Fans (summer) and electric radiators (winter) are available upon request.
Outdoor area:
In the garden, there is a charcoal grill, sun loungers and a parasol. There are various seating and lounging options, so that everyone can find their spot to relax.
Extras:
Bedding and towels, 1 free baby cot and 1 high chair, electric radiators and fans depending on the season and upon registration. Parties and celebrations are not allowed.

The accommodation is located in the small urbanisation of Aucanada, which belongs to the municipality of Alcudia. Alcudia is famous for its kilometres-long sandy beaches and the pretty old town with its historical walls. In May each year, the Ironman takes place in Alcudia. Nearby you will find shops, bars, cafés and restaurants. The house is located directly on the sea with rocky access and only 500 metres from the golf course. The Bay of Alcudia with its dreamlike sandy beach is located approximately 1.5 km away.
