Located a few steps from the splendid bay of San Francesco, on Punta Caruso, the villa is adjacent to the exotic viewpoint and the La Mortella gardens. The private natural park that surrounds it is made up of 4 independent villas, equipped with terrace and garden, splendid ornamental plants that offer elegance. .” The Villino is an ideal solution for those seeking tranquility, comfort and nature. It is a house on two levels, tastefully furnished and equipped with all services. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom. On the first floor, however, you will have a spacious double bedroom with private bathroom. The Villino also has a splendid 40 m2 terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the view. Furthermore, you will have a reserved parking space inside the park, which is surrounded by a well-kept garden full of exotic plants. The Villino is located in a strategic position, a few steps from the bay of San Francesco, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, and close to the viewpoint and the La Mortella gardens. If you prefer a house without stairs, you can opt for our Villa n. 2, located in the same park The guests of each villa access independently from a beautiful avenue entirely adorned with tall trees and flowering plants, visible from the photos published. Furthermore, the villa has a private outdoor space furnished with garden furniture, outdoor table and chairs, which make the private area very pleasant, livable and exclusive. Guests will have access to the entire house and the exclusive garden that surrounds it, as well as a parking space in the surrounding park avenue. However, during the summer, access to cars registered to people residing in Campania is prohibited on the entire island of Ischia. Please note that accommodation is limited to a maximum of four people I give my guests space but am available when they need them Inside the overall structure there is staff responsible for maintaining the surrounding garden and cleaning the common areas and taking care of each individual garden. The person in charge is also, compatibly with daily commitments, available to guests to satisfy any requests relating to the use of the house that may be formulated, outside of the internal cleaning of the house, and to provide prompt assistance to guests for approximately four hours on working days before holidays included. Other things to highlight It is possible to use the air conditioning with an additional cost of €10.00 per day. In order to make it easier for guests, sheets and towels are supplied with the external rental service of sheets and towels at a cost of Euro 50.00 per change and can be used for each change up to a maximum of 7 days. The staff will be available if necessary The Punta Caruso area is the most relaxing and exclusive residential area on the island of Ischia. A few steps away are the La Mortella Gardens, awarded among the most beautiful gardens in the world, as well as spa complexes, the splendid San Francesco Bay and characteristic and welcoming restaurants, bars and beach facilities. The area is among the greenest on the island of Ischia which is defined as the Green Island precisely because of the lush vegetation that characterizes it, making it very special. It is possible to walk along unique paths surrounding the sea and in both public and private woods and arrive at unique and unfrequented bays that cannot be reached by car. As well as on foot, through a comfortable driveway, you can reach the villa La Colombaia, overlooking the sea and equipped with a very large surrounding park, which was owned by the famous director Luchino Visconti, director of the famous film The Leopard, among the countless other films, and donated to the municipality of Forio which currently uses it for charitable and cultural purposes. In the area there are also several supermarkets, of larger or smaller dimensions, which, upon simple request, are available to provide guests with what they need by directly delivering the purchased goods to their home. The telephone numbers of the shops will be provided upon request at check-in. The area is well connected by public transport on the island (San Francesco beach stop); in the area (about 10 minutes walk from the house) there are various car rentals where it is possible to rent cars and scooters, boat rentals where it is possible to rent boats and dinghies, various supermarkets, craft shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, discos and taxi on call. The Villa is surrounded by greenery and enjoys a view of the trees and the park and not far away you can enjoy the enchanting panorama of the splendid Bay of San Francesco, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, which reflects in your eyes a transparent sea and clear.
