Welcome to a modern and fully equipped 3 bedroom apartment at the beach of San Pedro de Alcantara, Marbella. The apartment has two terraces and is located in the family friendly and gated urbanization âLas Adelfasâ. As the apartment only 200 meters away from the beach -this place is the perfect holiday location for your Marbella vacation.
In the area you have plenty of restaurants, bars and playgrounds within a short walking distance.
The apartment was recently renovated and has 3 bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms.
There are originally beds for 6 people, but if you require additional sleeping arrangements we can add 1 extra bed and 1 baby cot -please just let us know!
When you enter the apartment you are greeted by a spacious hall. To your right you have a joint living room/indoor dining area. It is furnished with a sofa, a Samsung Frame Smart TV and a bookcase. There is also a larger dining table. The joint living room/dining area has big glass sliding doors towards the main terrace that brings a lot of light to the room. The main terrace functions as a lounge area with a big sunbed and two comfortable armchairs. From the main terrace you have a great view of the Mediterranean sea with a glimpse of one of the urbanization's pool areas.
The Lovely and Fully Equipped Kitchen
To the left from the hall you find the kitchen. The kitchen is modern and has a homey feeling around it. In the corner of the kitchen there is a smaller breakfast table with views trough the glass doors out to the kitchen terrace. On the kitchen terrace there is an outdoor dining table and a charcoal BBQ. The view from the kitchen table is mesmerising as you have a full lookout of Marbellaâs biggest mountain âLa Conchaâ.
In the kitchen there is a tap with filtred drinking water next to the zink.
The Bedrooms
In the back of the apartment you find 3 bedrooms and the 2,5 bathrooms.
Master Ensuite with Balcony and Ocean View
The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, wardrobes and a Samsung Frame Smart TV. From the master bedroom you have access to a smaller balcony with viewings of the Mediterranean sea. The master bedroom holds a private and modern ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet and basin. There is additional extra lighting around the mirror, floor heating and a wall socket for your electrical devices.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has a double bed and a french balcony. The room has a Samsung Frame Smart TV and a wardrobe. In this bedroom there is room for an extra single bed.
Kids Room with Sofa Bed
The kids Room has a sofa bed that holds two persons, a wardrobe and a hanging rack. The sofa bed is equipped with an additional mattress for extra sleeping comfort.
Joint Bathroom/ Laundry Room
The joint bathroom is also equipped with floor heating and holds a toilet, a shower and a basin. It has a wall socket for your electrical devices and here you will find the washing machine and a dryer.

The apartment is within the family since seven lovely years back. Here we come to enjoy the Spanish sun, the Mediterranean sea and just to spend time with our family and friends. The apartment is an easy place to enjoy yourself. There are room for both social dinners and hangouts, but also space to relax and just be by yourself.
We fell in love with San Pedro since first time we sat our foot here. It is a Spanish rustic town with modern features, and close to the beach. Here we enjoy great tapas and cheap, but lovely wine with the locals, our kids have plenty of playgrounds to choose from and the sun is almost always out. If we want to enjoy the vibrant life in Marbella and Puerto Banus we are just a walk or taxi ride away. We certainly feel that when we spend our holiday in San Pedro we get the best of both worlds.

The apartment is modern and have every features you can wish for in a holiday apartment. There are social areas to hang out, but also space to reload and be by yourself. The terraces is inviting you to relax and enjoy great food and company. The apartment also have all the necessities you wish for in a holiday apartment. There is everything from high-speed Wifi and Smart TVs, to laundry and A/C for both heat and cold.
The urbanization Las Adelfas is gated and here you always feel secure. The urbanization has well cared gardens and two great pool areas suitable for everyone in the family (pool accessible may-oct). The location of the apartment and the urbanization is just in between the beach and the town. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area and you reach everything you wish for by foot.
And if you feel like doing sporty activities the I/O- a new and popular gym, and NAC padel club is just next to the apartment.
