Collect trash from indoor small and big bins, put it in plastic bags. Resyclables go to a smaller blue bin, while all regular trash goes to a big blue bin, both bins are located outside the kitchen.
Host was very responsive and courteous. Place was perfect for what we needed and a great location for restaurants and access to downtown. Will defiystsy there again
Perfect location for our trip visiting Civil War battlefields and other sites. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Having dedicated parking was very helpful as it would have been challenging to find street parking.
Prime location in quiet neighborhood. Had all the basics and in a pleasant surprise it had 1 1/2 baths vs the 1 in the listing. Beds were comfy and had all the basics you would need (except paaper towels). Everything was clean upon arrival. Would definitely stay again!!
The location was perfect for walking just about anywhere we needed to go! Two bedrooms were a plus for me, my husband, and his sister. The half bath downstairs was also appreciated!
We wanted to get out and do some bike rides and play a few rounds of golf, but near to downtown Frederick- the house was oerfect with the two bedrooms and the parking space is key. Wonderful trip, and the house played a big part.
This townhouse is ideally located on a side street in easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Market Street in Frederick. Clean and cozy.
Amazed at the attention to detail. The owner has thought of and included almost everything you might need for a stay. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice coming back to a home in the evenings.

Absolutely beautiful clean space in easy walking distance to all the fun downtown. The area felt safe and we enjoyed walking down to the restaurants and shopping areas. The only (very small) complaints I have are that the parking instructions aren't clear (given from a walking perspective instead of a driving perspective) and that EVERYTHING was scented. The scent wasn't an issue for my friend so it's more than likely because I get migraines, but if you're sensitive to smells be aware that there are a lot of scented things in the house (the sheets and towels, a plug in air freshener, all of the soaps, and the trash bags) Absolutely would stay again, but I would probably request the sheets and towels at least to not be washed in that heavily scented detergent.
Cool house thats been renovated. It was a great location, especially during the In the Street festival. Kind of disappointed that there was no office nook as pictured and described. Had an issue with parking but was resolved by host.
This is a very nice 2-story, 2-bedroom apartment within walking distance of downtown Frederick. The apartment had everything we needed. The back gate was stuck while we were there, but that didn't change our enjoyment of this rental.
It was great to stay within walking distance from my sister and downtown. Having a parking spot eliminated the need to move our car on trash days. The home was the perfect size for myself, my husband, and my son. The main rooms had window air conditioning. The hallways and bathrooms did not. Made for a toasty shower. Basic amenities in the kitchen-we ate out most of the time, so didn't need much more than plates. I would definitely stay here again.
Very nice house to stay in. Not super kid friendly but not terrible. My only constructive criticism is, my room was very bright at night even with the blinds closed, some curtains would be nice. Also, an option to gate off the stairs because they are a little sketchy would have been nice. Other than that I have no complaints and would stay again if we return to the area!
