Escape to Prospect Lodge, a modern 3-bed, 3-ensuite retreat for 6 in The Meadows, a gated community at The Bay. Perfect for families, this pet-friendly lodge boasts serene meadow views, a log-burning stove, and access to resort amenities like a pool and gym. Enjoy open-plan living, a large deck, and direct beach access. Your perfect coastal getaway awaits!

Step inside this spacious and modern lodge. The property is perfect for families or groups of up to six, plus an infant.

Living Area:
The bright, open-plan living space features a plush corner sofa, armchairs, a cozy log-burning stove, and a smart TV for your entertainment.

Kitchen & Dining:
A fully equipped kitchen with modern Bosch appliances is ready for your culinary adventures. Enjoy meals together at the family dining table.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Each of the three comfortable bedrooms includes its own TV and private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 1: Features a double bed and an ensuite wet room with a walk-in rainfall shower.
Bedroom 2: Offers a double bed (can be configured as two small singles upon request) and an ensuite wet room with a walk-in rainfall shower. This room also provides access to a private rear deck with a rattan sofa.
Bedroom 3: A twin room with an ensuite bathroom, complete with a full-sized bath and an overhead shower.

Family-Friendly Amenities:
We provide a travel crib, high chair, children's books, toys, and dinnerware to ensure a comfortable stay for our youngest guests.

Outdoor Space:
The large front deck is furnished with a dining set and rattan sofa, offering unrestricted views across the meadow. An outdoor shower is conveniently located for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Excellent Lodge and Location

Excellent Lodge with everything we needed, plenty kitchen utensils which can sometimes be a problem. We had grandchildren with us so appreciated the puzzles etc. and the many TV channels as the weather was very snowy. Great location with pool and gym on site plus a place to eat. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property

Lovely Stay

We had a great stay in Prospect Lodge. The central heating wasn’t working when we arrived but Paula returned our call really promptly and offered to call a plumber that day although we eventually managed between us to sort it ourselves so great customer service Brilliant location for the beach, close to golf courses and coastal paths for walking Hope to visit again

Overall our stay was amazing. The property was good with great space for us all. The location was perfect and ideal for an 'All Year Round Break'. We are definitely going to book again.

A wonderful stay

We had the best time at prospect lodge. There were 5 of us and 2 dogs. Plenty of space inside and outside for all of us. The meadow opposite was ideal for walking the dogs. Having stayed at the bay several times before I think this has to be the best location as it feels much more private. The property was lovely and clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful, family friendly lodge, perfect for a beach holiday.

Prospect Lodge is a perfect place for a family holiday. It is very spacious, clean and really well equipped. It is practical and very comfortable. The toys and games were an added bonus. Filey Bay Direct were excellent to book through. We would love to visit again.

A lovely spacious lodge, fabulous to have ensuites with every room. Great WiFi. A couple of things need attention, the knives are blunt and a pod coffee machine would be in keeping to keep that luxury feel and modern.

Perfect for family of six

Just spent five days over half term with son and his family. Perfect for three generations. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Large comfortable living room / dining / kitchen. The owners even provide children's toys and games and buckets and spades for the beach. Everything provided for a comfortable stay.

Christmas stay with family.

We stayed at Prospect Lodge over Christmas. The lodge is brilliant and has everything you need including great WiFi for the kids to use for there games etc. We would definitely stay at the Lodge again as The Bay is great for families and dogs. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and great for the kids and dogs to have a run around. Another plus was the log burner in the lodge which we used everyday. We will be back at The Bay in the future.

Family break

Lovely very clean lodge. Very modern and the en-suites in 2 of the bedrooms and one adjoined to the main bathroom was perfect. Holiday resort very clean and no riff raff. Short walk to the beach was absolutely stunning. So many areas to explore close by. The view from the lodge which overlooked the meadow was lovely too. We did not get any people parking in front of it but if it was busier it maybe a bit annoying. Also the bathroom lights that wouldn’t turn off due to sensor in the hallway was a bit annoying but other than that will return. Host Paula very helpful and responded very quickly to any queries. Thank you

Long weekend break with the family

Prospect Lodge was ideal for a short family break over our grandchildren's half term. 3 bedrooms with ensuites and a very well furnished kitchen / diner and lounge area. Only a 5 minute walk down to the beach and then all across to Filey where so many lovely cafes / restaurants can be found. We would look to go again for a similar break in future. Having the extra hour until 11am to depart is great as it still gives you time for a leisurely breakfast with everyone.

Lovely week away

First time at Prospect Lodge having always previously rented a house at Bay of Filey. Lovely lodge. Airy and more spacious than expected. Great to have our own bathrooms. There were five plus a dog. Everything we needed to cater. Very clean and was easy to clean and tidy before we left. Good location and was about 15 to beach and 5 to pool. Would definitely book again.

Nice stay

We chose this lodge because of the quiet location and separate bathrooms for each bedroom. The lodge had everything that we needed, plus extras that we hadn't even thought of. I would say that the cleanliness of the lodge wasn't brilliant unfortunately, which is a shame when paying quite a premium price. The meadow view was lovely, but as the site got busier at the weekend unfortunately additional cars parked in front of the lodge which did spoil the view.

Excellent support from Paula on booking and logistics. Great lodge in an excellent location to explore east coast The bay at Filey is starting to deteriorate and needs investment in the grounds and painting of buildings. The John Paul pub/restaurant has really gone down hill for both food standards and quality of service.
