This lovely two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is close to all the amenities of Fulham Broadway and the New King’s Road.
It has been tastefully refurbished to a high standard with modern, neutral decor, wooden floors and contemporary furnishings.
The apartment has direct access to a private paved patio garden with an outdoor dining table, making it ideal for al fresco dining and drinks.
Located on the lower ground floor of a Victorian converted house, with access via steps, the impressive design of this well-appointed apartment allows for plenty of natural light while maintaining a sense of privacy.
The welcoming interior has a large, open-plan living space containing a modern bespoke kitchen with all the amenities including an induction hob, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. There is a breakfast bar with seating as well as a dining table that seats four. The lounge area has a large comfortable sofa, recliner, coffee table and TV. Underfloor heating keeps it warm and cozy in colder months, while soundproof windows can be opened to create a cross-breeze on warm summer days.
The two bedrooms both have UK king-size beds, plenty of storage and large sliding glass doors overlooking the patio with blackout curtains to ensure a good night’s sleep. One bedroom has a fold-down desk for a quiet space to work. Bathroom 1 has a bathtub with an overhead handheld shower, and bathroom 2 has a walk-in shower. A stacked washing machine and tumble dryer are conveniently located in the hall closet.
This is an ideal base for guests wishing to explore London while enjoying all the amenities of this vibrant part of south-west London.
We advise parents with young children that this home is not suitable as there are steep stairs to the front door and the patio.
