Ca’ Nal est un palazzo du XIXème siècle situé en plein coeur de Venise, sur les Mazarie. À quelques pas du pont du Rialto et de S. Marco sur le pont historique dei Bareteri.
Cinqs appartements luxurieux plein de charme et de caractère qui offrent des sols en terrazzo ancien, présentant des fresques ou des plafonds aux poutres antiques apparentes, et une vue splendide.

Great weekend Venice,

Great location in the middle between San Marcos Piazza & Rialto Bridge. Nice stop over before heading to Ravenna to catch a cruise.

This place is very good. Alberta is AWESOME! She picked us up and also dropped us at the water bus station. The place has everything we could have potentially asked. Subash was very helpful. If we are back we will stay here again.

Great place to stay in Venice!!

Alberta was a fantastic host and the Sanpietro apartment exceeded our expectations. It's a recently renovated apartment and she did a great job maintaining a classic Venetian look. the location couldn't have been better although it was a bit noisy at times due to the fact that it is so close to the main sites of Venice. I would definitely recommend any of the apartments in her building.

Perfect in every way!

First of all, Alberta is one of the best hosts we’ve had the experience of dealing with: accommodating with excellent communication. Secondly, the apartment is incredible, from the refinished centuries old mosaic floors & fresco ceiling to the perfectly centralized location in the heart of Venice. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore Venice & would book again without hesitation. Cheers Alberta!

Great Apartment

We arrived on the evening of October 9 and Alberta greeted us with a big smile as soon as we got off the Vaparetto. She was a great host and the apartment looked even better then in the pictures. She had recently renovated all the apartments in the building and the one we stayed in (Sanpietro) was fantastic. The location couldn't have been better as it is a few minutes walk to San Marco square and the Rialto bridge. The only issue is that the window of the apartment was on a busy (but so charming) street so it was a bit noisy but it wasn't too bad. Overall, this apartment is a special find for Venice and also reasonably priced so I would definitely recommend it.

Lovely Apartment in San Marco

This is a beautiful apartment with fabulous terrazzo floor and painted ceiling ... a piece of old Venice. Alberta is an incredibly kind host who gave us great suggestions on where to shop away from all the typical tourist spots. She helped us make arrangements for a boat taxi to bring us to the apartment, helped us with our luggage....the perfect host! The only downside (and this is completely out of her control) was the noise as Venice was incredibly crowded even at the end of September and we like to leave the windows open at night. But with the windows closed it was fine. We would definitely return .... just maybe at a different time of year.

Greatc2 night stay in this lovely apartment close to st marks plaza

The 2 nights in this apartment capped off our 15 night vacation in italy. Subhash met us at Rialto stop from the water bus trip from train station. I was glad he did because the place may have been hard to find without him leading the way. He showed us around the apt and made us feel very welcomed. Location was excellent, short walk to san marco and the sites we came to see. Bed was so comfortable, shower lovely, washing machine available but we didnt need it as we were heading home after 2 nights in this apt. No dryer fyi, but drying rack available. Air conditioner worked perfectly. I would definitely choose this apt again if i come back to venice, which we hope to do because there were things we ran out of time to do that we would have enjoyed. Loved this place!

Alles nur fantastisch. Eine perfekte Gastgeberin.

Venedig erleben, als ob man dort leben würde. Alles ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Man befindet sich mitten in Venedig in einem alten perfekt renovierten Gebäude. Da , wo die Touristen ihre Fotos machen, genau da wohnt man. Es ist fast surreal. Richtig toll!!!!

A truly Venetian experience.

The property was fantastic! The location is central to all of the top points of interest. Out hostess was the perfect combination of friendly and professional. The little side "street" off of the bridge to the door gives it that absolutley unique to Venice feeling. The apartment it self was gorgeous, clean, well maintained and well updated. It had everything we needed, and very little that we didn't. We will definitely book again when we return to venice. It will feel like coming home.

Quaint apartment in the center of Venice

The host, Alberta, met us at Rialto Bridge from our water taxi ride from the train station. It was a quick walk to the apartment, right in the heart of Venice's San Marco district. She was very sweet and professional and gave us a lot of good information about the apartment and getting around in Venice since it was our first time. The apartment was very nice with new appliances to include a washer and updated bathroom. Very spacious rooms and full kitchen. The location couldn't have been better. Minutes from San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge. The area as full of shops and restaurants and you didn't have to walk far to get into less crowded areas. We had a wonderful time and this apartment was just perfect for us.

Great location and a nice apartment

What a great pick and thank you to Lucia for meeting us at the Rialto Alliluguna stop when we arrived. She made us feel very comfortable from the start. We really enjoyed our stay in Venice and so much had to do with being in a comfortable apartment in a great location. We really liked the way the apartment was furnished and loved the terrazzo floors, painted ceilings and lovely chandeliers. Opening our windows to let in the sunlight, fresh air and street sounds made us feel like we were part of the neighborhood. It was difficult to leave Venice.

Great apartment in fantastic location

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Venice. We stayed for 3 nights, the apartment was very comfortable, clean and all the shops and restaurants you could ask for at your doorstep. Alberta was very friendly and wonderful, waited for us at the Rialto bridge and showed us the way to the apartment. I would recommend this apartment!

...süsses Apartment in Venedig

wir haben zu zwölft die Apartments Gondola und Sanpierota gemietet und wir waren sehr überrascht, wie schön diese waren. sie sehen aus, wie auf den Fotos, wenn nicht noch besser. sehr schön renovierte Bäder und alles sehr sauber. wir mussten nichts selber mitbringen! Bettwäsche und Badetücher war alles vor Ort und auch Abwaschtücher in der Küche. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und eignet sich bestens zum kochen. Alberta, die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuverlässig und entgegenkommend. vielen Dank!
