Villa Mas Tranquila is a modern Andalusian home that epitomises understated luxury living. We recently completed a full renovation to live in ourselves, so every detail has been carefully considered for optimum comfort and relaxation.
Villa Mas Tranquila is powered by solar energy.
150m from the iconic beach of Fuente Del Gallo, stunning sea views can be enjoyed from the master bedroom and upper terrace.

UPSTAIRS
âą Bedroom 1 - Master: Super King size bed (180 x 200). Sea views. Large terrace with seating area and an outdoor bed.
âą Bedroom 2: Two Single size beds (90 x 200). 4 windows.
âą Micro-cement bathroom with a large shower.
DOWNSTAIRS
âą Bedroom 3: King size bed, (160 x 200). Ensuite marble bathroom with a double shower and separate bath.
âą Bedroom 4: Two Single size beds (90 x 200). Doors out to the poolside terrace. Desk and office chair.
âą Bedroom 5: Two single beds (80x190).

Downstairs, there is a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen including a built-in barbeque and wood pizza oven for alfresco dining, and several outdoor chill-out areas to cool off or enjoy a drink.
A beautiful chirringuito (beach restaurant), a cocktail bar, a café, restaurant and a local shop are all within a 5-minute walk and the popular town of Conil is 1.5km or a 20 minute stroll along the beach.
Fuente del Gallo beach offers some incredible surf and there is also direct access to stunning walking and biking trails along the adjacent clifftops from the villa.

The kitchen is equipped with top of the range AEG appliances and extensive work surfaces so everyone can get hands on.
