Coastal View, Seahouses, Northumberland, sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.
New addition December 2021 - Tucked away in the quiet cul-de-sac of Kings Field estate on the edge of Seahouses is Coastal View. The detached property has undergone a top-to-toe refurbishment and offers beautiful, spacious accommodation throughout with a bright open plan living/dining area, separate snug chill-out area and 4 large bedrooms each with a lovely sea view of the Northumberland coastline. The large wrap-around garden with Astroturf is the perfect place to enjoy some time with a group of friends or family and the addition of the converted double garage kitted out with bean bags, TV and games is a perfect space for the younger members of family or for rainy days. Coastal View is just a 5 minutes walk from the harbour and long sandy beaches of Seahouses and the village centre with its selection of shops, restaurants and cafes.
This property is ideal for exploring the Northumberland Coast and its magnificent castles and beaches, while Alnwick Castle and Gardens, and Holy Island are less than 25 minutesâ drive away. The property is perfect for keen golfers with a number of spectacular courses close by including Bamburgh, Dunstanburgh and Goswick, and Seahouses golf course is just a few hundred yards nearby.

Utility room with washing machine and rear door, ideal entrance to come through after a long day at the beach.

Lounge with comfy 3-seater sofa, foot stool and 2 large arm chairs, Smart TV and electric fire.
Dining area with table, corner seating and bench seating 8 guests.
Separate snug area with sofa, arm chair and Smart TV.

Bedroom 1 Master with King size bed, wardrobe, dressing table and views of the coast. En-suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2 with double bed, wardrobe and dressing table and views of the coast.
Bedroom 3 with double bed, hanging space and views of the coast.
Bedroom 4 with super king size zip link (can be set up as a twin on request), wardrobe and dressing table with views of the coast.
Family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
OTHER FACILITIES
Private parking for 2 cars. Large wrap around garden with patio and AstroTurf. Double garage converted into a games room. Oil central heating. All power, linen and towels included in the rent. 2 dogs welcome. ÂŁ150 refundable security deposit required.
