Casa Verde is a charming 3 bedroom traditional Spanish villa, with modern interior, suitable for up to 6 people. Situated in the main restaurant and entertainment area of Mojacar, (between the Cantal and Red Cross roundabouts), but in a secluded and peaceful location at the end of a short no through road.

The villa sits in an extensive walled and private plot, only 2 minutes walk (225 metres) to the beach. The newly refurbished 9 x 5 pool and patio areas back on to the countryside and have stunning mountain views plus there are sea views from the roof terrace. The sun shines all day on the pool in spring, summer and autumn months and in the afternoon in the winter.
At night the garden is lit with fairly lights on the palm trees and there are wall lights that give the garden and pool area a magical effect

The villa is built over 2 levels. It comprises 3 bedrooms, (NOTE one of the bedrooms, a twin, is accessed from the lower terrace and not internally from the villa and has it’s own newly renovated en-suite shower room), there is a further newly renovated shower room within the villa, fully equipped open plan lounge / kitchen / diner, laundry area in garage, outdoor shower and outdoor toilet facilities, covered patio area with furniture for rain / cooler weather, multiple patio areas for dining and sunbathing.

There are 3 external dining sets, two on the patios each with 6 chairs with another in the covered terrace with 4 chairs. A gas BBQ and a range of sun loungers to accommodate 6 people, there are also beach chairs and two beach parasols. There are two sets of golf clubs in the garage for use by guests.

The villa has air conditioning / heating throughout. It also has mosquito blinds on all windows.

There is fibre optic Wi Fi with 2 routers and available throughout the villa and at poolside. British TV through a set box with multiple sky channels, films and box sets. Spanish TV can also be accessed.

There is ample car parking in the lockable gated driveway for 3 cars.
