This newly renovated modern apartment features in-floor heating and free WiFi. Malone Place Apartment is located in one of the best-rated locations in Belfast! The City centre with the Belfast Waterfront, Grand Opera House, The Odyssey Arena and Belfast Central train station all within 10 minutes’ walk.

The apartment provides guests with a 40-inch flat-screen SMART TV with Netflix and comfortable sofas for relaxing in the open-plan living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, integrated oven, electric hob and an integrated washer/dryer. The fully tiled bathroom features an overhead rain head shower. Toiletries, a hairdryer and hair straighteners are all provided free of charge.

For shopping, Victoria Square Shopping Centre is less than 15 minutes’ journey on foot and Castle Court Shopping Centre is also less than a mile away. Malone Place Apartment is 5 minutes’ drive from the World Famous Titanic Belfast. Other popular points of interest near Malone Place Apartment include Ulster Museum, St. Peter's Cathedral, Ulster Hall and St. George’s Market. Newly renovated for 2019, this 2-bed end of terrace Belfast apartment offers somewhere modern and stylish for up to 5 guests to stay. The whole place has really benefited from a total redecoration, nowhere more so than the open plan living room/kitchen/dining area, the first part of the apartment you’ll see when you enter.

This bright and smart space features an area for relaxing that has a sofa (which converts into a double bed) right opposite the 43-inch flat screen TV with Virgin TV. There’s also a smaller seat for two by the window. Adjacent to this area is the kitchen/diner where there’s a table set for 4 and a modern fitted kitchen where you can cook for yourselves if you fancy doing that during your stay. There’s even a coffee maker and of course there’s a kettle, making it feel more like home. Speaking of making things homely, there is in-floor heating throughout this apartment, so it’s easy to keep things feeling warm and cozy.

Into the bedrooms of which there is a double and a single. Both have been redecorated and are presented in a style that’s designed to impress. The bathroom too has a brand new, all-white suite with a walk-in shower with large rain head, wash basin and WC.

This is a fantastic location! A conveniece store 200 feet away, and we could walk to everything but Titanic (used the HOHO for that). The host was also incredibly responsive and met our requests quickly. I will definitely stay here again.
