Lovely, spacious and newly decorated riverside townhouse in one of Belfast's most peaceful and sought after areas.
Large living area and separate dining area: perfect for those family/friends catchups and dinner.
3 bedrooms spread over the top 2 floors with 2.5 bathrooms across the house and a separate office room.
Utility area with washer and dryer.
Very popular bar/restaurant just a few mins walk from the house and the Lagan River provides a beautiful backdrop for an evening or morning stroll.
Large living and dining area with lots of comfortable seating - perfect for family/friends catchup
Large kitchen with everything you could need for some home cooking.
Downstairs W.C.
Utility area in garage with separate washer and dryer
Beautiful outside garden, fully enclosed.
3 queen bedrooms (one with en suite)
Large main bathroom full size bath
Driveway parking for 2 cars
Right beside the River Lagan where you can walk the tow path for beautiful scenic views.
Very popular bar/restaurant just a few minutes walk (Cutters Wharf) and lovely coffee shop and other amenities 5 minutes walk away.
Close to the popular Stranmillis and Ormeau Road areas which have lots of food/coffee options
Guests have full access to the entire property. One room is locked as it holds personal possessions.
*PLEASE NOTE* Absolutely no parties, no extra guests at any time without permission, and no excessively loud noise/music. Such occurrences will quickly be brought to our attention and the stay will be cancelled immediately without refund.
We have to be strict on this policy as this is a residential area and we do not want to create a disturbance for our neighbours who are going about their day to day lives.
Please do not book if you feel you cannot adhere to this.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
