We arrived to exactly what photos described. It was clean, beach themed, and has more than enough kitchen items. Had to move some of it in cupboards as there was no room for our own food. The coffee pot was a Mr Coffee, not the keurig as stated. Also they supplied dish soap, and 2 dishwasher tablets. There was extra TP also. The pool was right in front of door, easy access to play area, key to pool tricky. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Seemed like other people other than guests were using pool in later evening hours. We had a wonderful time with our grandkids. We would come back here again. The townhouse is comfortable and the bunks in the dining area were great for our grandkids to hang out on their tablets.

The location to the beach is awesome. Lots of space and overall very nice and up and coming neighborhood. Not much variety in eating options but friendly locals everywhere.

Great Place!

Great place to stay! Close to the beach with pool and play ground out front. Inside was clean and nice up to date decor. Plenty of kitchen supplies and fridge and freezer space. Only con was the water pressure in the showers was pretty low especially the master shower but would not cause me to not want to stay there.

Great getaway

We had a great visit to the beach. This was a perfect place for our Friend/family vacay. We had 4 adults and 3 kids ages 5-10. There was the perfect amount of space. The kids loves the 2 separate bunk bed options. We were right next to the pool and playground which was great. Short walk to the beach. Space was clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint (and it is little) the towels were not the greatest and you get one set (a towel and washcloth) for each person for the whole stay. We did have access to the washer and dryer to do a load of laundry.

Nice Labor Day Stay

This was a very nice property and located within 2 to 3 blocks from the beach. The decor of the property was amazing! We had everything we needed for our stay. Some of the dishes needed to be cleaned better but we washed everything by hand before using. We had some noisy neighbors on the playground till 1230am one night but that is no fault of the property owners. We definitely would stay here again.

Family of six enjoyed our stay.

The condo was nice and clean with plenty of space. There were a few items missing from the kitchen (hot pads.) But nothing a small purchase at HEB couldn’t solve. The pools were great, really enjoyed the saltwater. The proximity to beach parking access was awesome. The entertainment system was out of date and complicated and the board games were missing pieces. Nothing big to really complain about though.

Only complaint was the beds were harder than our personal preference and the queen bed seems to be on its last leg. (Very unsteady and was very loud with the littlest of movement. Beyond that we loved our stay and would love to come again.

Great location, the unit needs a little TLC

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed in this vacation rental during our move transition out of town. The location is fabulous, a short walk to the beach. The amenities available at the complex are well maintained and enjoyable. This unit specifically has a great layout and all the space needed for a family. Shower curtains need to be replaced, the living room furniture is definitely on its way out, the refrigerator drawers do not fit, and the kitchen faucet needs to be installed properly. The beds were all very clean, and the unit was tidy when we arrived.

Wonderful beach home within lovely community

I appreciate the ease of communication with the owner. I had to cancel our first night, and they were helpful as it was within the cancellation timeframe. I did have to reach out for the door code after check in time, but it was prior to my arrival. They responded within an hour of sending the message. The house had everything we needed. One thing I was worried about because I was flying there were towels. They had a towel and wash cloth for 8 people, and since we were only 3 that was plenty. The house itself is right next to the kids pool and playground which my son loved. It was also a two minute drive or ten minute walk to the beach. We opted to drive because there is free parking. If you have little ones, please note there is a set of stairs (18) leading to the second floor with no baby gate. I suggest bringing one if you are driving.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and clean. However, there are some odd rules about this place and some other minor inconveniences that would have made a longer stay more challenging. Pool did not seem heated, when it should have been. There is a no music or loud noises sign, but not clear on smoking outside. Some outlets and lights in the condo worked, some didnt.

Good location, with some quirks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Proximity to the beach and pools, this place is a 10/10. The kitchen was fully stocked with every plate, utensil, and item you might need [you have to bring all your own seasonings, food, etc]. Towels were provided, and the washer and dryer are AMAZING. The beds, however, were a challenge. Firm is an understatement and both my husband and I struggled to sleep - I would highly recommend the host invest in a mattress topper of some kind because that was enough for me not to book again, my back is still hurting [and I'm only 36]. There was also a lingering odor that we could only describe as "gerbil cage" - we had to go purchase candles to mask the scent. It was beyond normal ocean side musk, and not present in the two other condos we visited at the same property where family was staying. Nothing a little candle or air freshener couldn't fix, though.It was very clean, the bedding was white and pristine, and our children LOVED the bunk beds built into the wall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and I hope the host sees my above comments and acts on them because those fixes would really make this listing a top tier experience.

great weekend get away

I will start with the pros. The place was in a perfect location close to the beach but far enough to be away from the crowds. The pool right outside the door was perfect for my 9 month old to play in and for us to hang out at. The property was perfect for what we needed it to be. In fact for being near the salt water the property is in great condition as the salt water and sand can really take a toll on the condition of buildings and this one was in great condition. The cons are minor but need to be listed. There were several roaches that we saw (one was dead when we got there, one was dead and found later on, and two we killed with a shoe) we also saw a spider that was quite large. Now my uncle has a pest control business and I'm thinking this property was recently sprayed which is why we saw increased activity and the dead roaches were on their back which means they were killed by poison. So I know pest control is done but the unit was not infested by any means. The beds were also a bit firmer than what we're used to but that was pointed out in other reviews and we booked it knowing that. We would stay here again though as the pros definitely out weighed the cons.

Great family time!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We brought my in-laws and our 2 kiddos (3 & 5). We had a blast! Loved the pools and just a short walk or drive to the beach.
