Beautiful semi-detached villa next to the beach in the calm bay of Aucanada. Ideal for families and couples.
This prestigious holiday residence offers you many opportunities, because of the calm, but central location, a golf course and the beach are just some steps away and you can reach the town in a couple of minutes by car. Enjoy your breakfast on the sunny terrace at the pool, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are near by.
The entrance of the villa offers you a staircase, which leads to the large sunroof with sea view, crossing the entrance area, you get to the living room and dining area, which has an access to the terrace and pool area on the left and the fully equipped kitchen to the right. Another staircase from the entrance hall leads you down to the 3 double bedrooms the master bedroom offers a bath en-suite. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. You will also find the garage and laundry room on this level with an extra freezer. The master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms have access to the terrace and pool area, also on the downstairs level. An extra WC can be found on the right side of the entrance hall.
The pool is kidney shaped and surrounded by a beautiful garden, a outside shower is next to the pool.
