"Villa es Mollet" is a modern villa with a maximum capacity for six people located in Son Serra de Marina, in a residential area and less than 400m from the beach.

Welcome to Son Serra de Marina, a very quiet place, with an excellent location in the north of the island, ideal for a holiday with family or friends near the beach.

This modern house with swimming pool has a very nice outside area. It has a 7m x 3m chlorine pool, outdoor shower, a furnished terrace, outdoor dining area and barbecue, perfect to prepare delicious dishes and enjoy evenings outdoors, overlooking the sea. There is an artificial grass area with a hammock and sun loungers and a Balinese bed by the pool.

The house is distributed on one floor and has a living-dining room with a comfortable sofa, 2 poufs, TV with satellite, dining table and fireplace; a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar; a bathroom with shower and three bedrooms, each with double bed, one of them with en suite bathroom with shower.

The air conditioning is located in the corridor leading to the rooms. The air conditioning is located to cool the entire accommodation.

The house is located about 100m from a rocky beach and less than 400m from the sandy beach of more than 1 km long.

In Son Serra there are some good restaurants and you can also practice water sports such as surfing or paddle surfing. Can Picafort is only about 10 minutes away and you will find many restaurants, supermarkets and leisure areas.
