Un'area che coniuga la bellezza unica della campagna toscana con i suoi preziosi centri artistici e termali di Pienza, Montepulciano, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo...
La sua posizione permette anche di raggiungere in pochi minuti i bei centri medievali del Monte Amiata e i suoi freschi boschi di castagni e faggi, refrigerio per le calde giornate estive.
Si compone di 2 appartamenti.
CASA CLAUDIA ha due camere matrimoniali ed un ampio salone con zona cucina, separata dal soggiorno da un grande arco. Si può pranzare nel grande tavolo ed apprezzare il calore del camino acceso nei periodi più freddi. Durante la bella stagione è sicuramente più piacevole mangiare sotto il panoramico portico, che dà sull'aia o nell'aia stessa, per godere appieno della vista della campagna e di Pienza.

Amazing views, Lovely warm welcome, would recommend.

Lovely location, we were made to feel very welcome. An amazing peaceful place to just chill or go for a wander around the olive trees. Thoroughly enjoyed our week here.

The hosts, the view, the wine, the home were spectacular.

We took a train to Chiui, rented a car, drove to Rogheta and were greeted by Letizia. The home was very clean and does have Wi-Fi. It is central to many wineries and beautiful hill towns, everything we were expecting of a visit to Tuscany.

Le Rogheta

We loved everything about our two-week stay at Le Rogheta. Our hosts Letitia and Giorgio could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Our apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated, with stunning views of the Val d'Orcia. Extremely knowledgeable about the region's history, geography, and cuisine, Letitia and Giorgio, helped us discover the ancient, out of the way villages and towns that make this part of Italy so appealing to visitors.

As soon as we saw them, Bill and Mary inspired us with an instinctive sympathy. Friendly, cordial, immediately smiling! Curious to understand and learn about our area, they have traveled different routes every day, always leaving a little space to enjoy the scenery and enjoy a glass of wine. America is far away, but we would like to see them again!

Wet but wonderful stay

Fabulous location! Stunning scenery and easy access to many of Tuscany's fabulous sites. Hosts were amazing, friendly, helpful but gave us space and privacy. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the house had a mild musty or damp smell. We were very unlucky with the weather and it was very wet so this is probably why and not normal for the summer season. So definitely don't let that put you off! We would thoroughly recommend this property for a stay in Tuscany!! Thank you to our hosts, much appreciated.

We are sorry that the girls have smelled a little musty in the house. No one has ever highlighted this problem in so many years and probably, as they also say, this was linked to the continuous rains of May. We are however happy that the two friends have enjoyed the house, the landscape and our area. They too are polite, friendly and appreciable

Lovely home in beautiful setting,.

We stayed in the downstairs apartment, which was spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated with some lovely antiques. The surrounding grounds, olive orchard and view are also beautiful. We had lots of rain, and especially enjoyed the covered patio—which allowed us to be outdoors and enjoy the view without getting wet! I like to cook while traveling, and appreciated the spacious kitchen with plenty of pots, pans and serving platters. The location is also great for getting to walks through the countryside and exploring nearby towns and villages. And don’t give short shrift to the local village by the house. While we enjoyed Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano, they are very touristy. The village by the house is the opposite—no souvenir shops, restaurants, etc. Nevertheless, their is a great walk (with numbered plaques providing interesting historical notes) up the hill to La Rocca with unparalleled view of the Val d’Orcia. (For groceries we recommend San Quirico d’Orcia rather than the supermarket in Abbadia San Salvatore. We found a great butcher and cheese shop, bakery and produce market all within a few feet of each other.) We do note that during our 2-months of traveling in Italy, this was the only home we rented that (despite comparable prices) does not include ample linens and towels for the duration of the rental. Rather, they supply one set of sheets and one set of towels per person. Anything additional is an extra charge. Similarly, this was the only rental that charged for use of the washing machine. And while these charges were noted in the house rules, we were not informed until the day of our arrival that (also unlike every other home we rented) they only provide one role of toilet paper in each bathroom, a small amount of dish soap and a few dishwasher soap tabs. We were told that this was to assist until we could go shopping. The difficulty with this approach is that it requires renters to buy far more than they will need—as things like toilet paper, dish soap and paper towels aren’t sold in small enough quantities to just cover a two-week stay. But, all-in-all, it is a lovely home in a beautiful location.

Eine paradiesisches Anwesen mit herzensguten Vermietern

Inmitten der Natur findet sich dieses hervorragend gepflegte Haus mit 2 Ferienwohnungen, die schöner nicht sein könnten. Ein phantastischer Garten mit dem Blick über das Vale d' Orcia ist ein Traum und man kann ungehemmt von Zäunen einfach vom hauseigenen Olivenhain loswandern. Allerdings sind Wanderschuhe angebracht und die 600 m lange Zufahrt ist unbefestigt und teils recht steil. Wenn man die Umgebung noch nicht kennt, kann man hier beqem eine Woche verbringen, um alle interessanten Orte in Ruhe anzusehen. Wir haben uns 12 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt und auch oft im Garten entspannt. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und sprechen auf Nachfrage auch gerne Empfehlungen aus.

Entspannung und Genuss

Ein sehr gemütlicher Ort mit herrlichem, atemberaubendem Blick auf Val d`Orcia. Die Wohnung hat alles was Sie brauchen und ist im typisch toskanischen Stil eingerichtet. Letizia und Giorgio sind sehr nette Menschen und trotz unserer kurzen Bekanntschaft verabschiedeten wir uns von ihnen wie Freunde, die wir schon lange kennen und zu denen wir mehr als einmal zurückkehren möchten.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit einer prima Unterkunft

Wir hatten die Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss. Die Wohnung hat eine traumhafte Aussicht. Alles was man benötigte war vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, leider sprechen Sie kein Englisch. Aber es ging auch so. Die Wohnung ist trotz 33 Grad auch ohne Klimaanlage sehr kühl, so dass die obligatorische dünne Decke hier eigentlich nicht ausreicht. Von der Straße aus führt eine eine ca. 600m lange nicht asphaltierte Straße zum Haus. In der direkten Umgebung wird man nicht fündig hinsichtlich Supermarkt und Restaurants. Dafür hat man seine Ruhe. Die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche ist leider träge und schwer regulierbar, aber vermutlich der Lage geschuldet. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Es una casa muy cómoda y agradable en mitad de la campiña y próximo al pueblo, donde poder hacer la compra. En mitad de la Toscana, ideal para realizar desde allí excursiones. Los anfitriones perfectos, están cuando les necesitan, te asesoran en cuanto a visitas, encantadores. Esperamos volver

Centraal gelegen met betoverende vergezichten

We danken Leatizia en George voor hun gastvrijheid. We hebben ons echt welkom gevoeld door deze hartelijke mensen. De woning is ruim, compleet en smaakvol ingericht. De tuin en het uitzicht zijn ongeëvenaard. Het landgoed ligt centraal t.o.v. een aantal middeleeuwse dorpen en kleine steden. Veel is binnen een half uur rijden te bereiken met de auto. Unvergesslich

Wir waren im Oktober für zwei Wochen in der Wohnung Casa Claudia und haben viele wunderbare Eindrücke mit nach Hause genommen. Am meisten in Erinnerung geblieben ist uns die Gastfreundlichkeit der beiden Vermieter, Letizia und Giorgio, die uns gleich am ersten Abend empfangen und uns alles gezeigt haben. Sie waren immer zur Stelle, wenn es Fragen gab, oder auch einfach, um sich kurz auf der Terrasse zu unterhalten. Die Sprache war dabei kaum ein Problem, dank moderner Technik und anderem. Wir schlossen die beiden von Anfang an ins Herz. Als nächstes erscheint vor meinem inneren Auge die wunderschöne Landschaft und der atemberaubende Ausblick von der Terrasse sowie das riesige, tolle Grundstück. Man mochte den Blick gar nicht von all dem abwenden, so schön war es. Direkt von der Terrasse der Casa Claudia aus hat man einen großartigen, kilometerweiten Blick über das Tal, das Val d’Orcia. Der große Olivenhain lud immer wieder zu kleinen Spaziergängen ein, ich konnte gar nicht genug den Blick über das wunderschöne Land schweifen lassen. Auch die Landschaft des Val d’Orcia hat „einen Daumen hoch“ verdient. Auf vielen Erkundungstouren gab es jede Menge zu entdecken. Im Oktober ist dieses Tal wirklich einen Besuch wert. Ebenso gibt es einige kleine Städte, die einem das typisch italienische Flair näher bringen. Vor allem die Stadt Pienza ist immer einen Besuch wert, wir waren ganze dreimal dort; mit dem Auto ist Pienza gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem war unser Urlaub auf Le Rogheta ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Noch einmal möchten wir uns ganz besonders bei Letizia und Giorgio bedanken. Sie haben unseren Urlaub nicht zuletzt zu dem gemacht was er war.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir konnten einen Traumurlaub in der Toskana genießen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön rustikal eingerichtet, sehr ruhig und Anfang November ist der offene Kamin ein Traum 👍👍

Abbiamo subito capito che Peter e la sua famiglia sono persone dinamiche e desiderose di conoscere. Subito hanno dimostrato di apprezzare le cose belle dei paesaggi e dei centri d'arte ma anche quelle più intime della campagna, come ad esempio il calore fisico e psicologico della fiamma del caminetto o il gusto rotondo di un buon bicchiere di vino rosso!

Fantastisch wat een rust!

Fantastische plek om bij te komen van de dagelijkse hectiek en helemaal Italie. De stilte van de natuur, het uitzicht op de ochtendmist die hangt tussen de Toscaanse heuvels. Een wandeling over de versgemaaide paden van de olijfboomgaard op het terrein, in alle rust onder de hoger gelegen eik zitten en wegdromen bij het uitzicht over de val d'orcia. De lichtjes van Pienza als we zitten te eten, een prachtige sterrenhemel als de zon onder is. Het huis en de omgeving heeft alles wat we nodig hebben. Mooie wandelroutes in de val d' Orcia. Een cappuccino in Campiglia als we bij de bakker brood hebben gehaald. De eigenaren staan klaar als het nodig is en hebben tips voor leuke plekjes,. Als ik op de terugreis ben heb ik meteen heimwee.

Это был потрясающий и незабываемый опыт! Мы жили в доме Claudia на первом этаже, все соответствует фотографиям: дом очень просторный, шикарная кухня, камин, спальни. Весь дом оформлен с любовью, разные детали создавали уют. Огромное приемущество - виды на долину Val d'Orcia! С утра можно было встречать рассветы с чашкой горячего чая, сидя за столиком на терассе, вечером наблюдать за звездами и млечным путем, затем можно зажечь камин и греться с бокалом вина. Расположение для нас было отличное, конечно, без машины в Тоскане делать нечего, вилла находится в равноудалении от всех самых значимых и интересных мест региона : Montepulciano, Pienza, San Qurico d'Orcia и т д Очень рекомендую! Летиция нас тепло встретила все рассказала и показала, очень приятная итальянская пара!

Peaceful location

We are an elderly couple, love the quiet but also some physical activity. For that, the remote location is ideal. Very comfortable appartment (advise you to choose the upper story) and numerous little albeit hilly roads suitable for biking with little traffic. Being of advanced age we brought our E-bikes. The landlady who lives in a little house on the premises turned out to be extremely charming. Knowing a bit of italian we had always a little chat when she came over to look after us or bringing some wine or olive oil. We had booked for 10 days and would have loved to stay longer, a week or so. Unfortunately only two more days were possible. So we are looking forward to visit again.

What a wonderful world!

In juli 2016 verbleven we een week in casa Claudia. Wat een heerlijk huis, helemaal passend in de besloten mooie groene omgeving met een wijde blik over de wonderschone Val d'Orcia. Een ongedacht mooie plek met goede mogelijkheden om veel kunstschatten te gaan bekijken en de authentiek Toscaanse cultuur te 'proeven'. Na een dag rondkijken was het telkens weer verrassend het cipressenlaantje in te rijden en 'thuis' te komen: rust en schoonheid! We gaan er zeker weer naar toe.

Droom vakantiehuis

Wat een prachtige locatie. Een geweldig uitzicht en een rustige omgeving. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en goed schoon. De eigenaars zijn lieve mensen en erg behulpzaam. In de buurt zijn twee goede restaurants met vriendelijke uitbaters. Absoluut een aanrader en de 5 sterren meer dan waard!

Increadible beauty and comfort\Самый красивый дом

If you have found this option - don`t think and hesitate - just book it!!! This is the most beautiful, comfort, authentic and convenient in all minds place to stay on vacation. About house: we lived in Casa Claudia, 1 floor, 1 week, 2 couples. In reality it looks 10 times better than on pictures. At night view from our terrace looked like Van Gogh "Starry Nights" and at daylight you can see around all Val d`Orcha!! The house stay in the forest, has their own big therretory, so it`s quiet and nobody will bother you. There is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen with dinner table and relax zone with fireplace. The appartments inside has a very nice and "toscany" design. You can also use washing machine for your clothes per 5 e per wash. Free parking place. We have on the second floor the neighbours, but we almost didn`t see them, because house have a different entrance for each floor, different gardens from back and front side, so it was very convenient. In 2-3km you can find a small shop with necessary food in a village. This house are located in the middle of Val d`Orcha, we visited all "must see" places by car easely, like Montalchino, Pitilgiano, Sorano, Garda di Bolsena and even beautifull beaches at seaside, like Orbetello and Follonica. About our hosts: they are increadibly nice and welcoming people! Thank you Georgio, Letizia and Jerri for our vacation, you made it the best one)) I`m so glad that we meet!! Our hosts help us with all questions we had, give us their own deliciouse olive oil tester and also you can buy it for yourself the same as wine! So if you still some doubts where to stay - IT IS THE BEST OPTION for price/comfort/view/location. Как мы поняли, мы были первыми гостями из России)) Всем очень советуем этот вариант размещения, так как он просто невероятно красив. Когда мы искали дом для отдыха в Тоскане, хотелось что-то уединенное, в духе времени и местности, не дорогое и уютное. В итоге мы нашли гораздо больше!)) Прекрасные хозяева, к сожалению они очень мало говорили по-английски, но знают итальянский, французский, немецкий и испанский, но язык жестов никто не отменял)) к тому же, нам очень помогла с переводом их подруга Джерри,которая ведет переписку и помогает с общением всем гостям, не говорящим на итальянском. Дом внутри прекрасно обставлен, все чистое и выглядит еще лучше, чем на фото! Мы жили на первом этаже, там была кухня, гостинная с камином, 2 спальни, ванная, терасса, гриль, стиралка и прочее. У дома своя территория

Urlaubsidylle

.Wir verbrachten mit unseren 4 Kindern und Hund eine wunderbare Woche auf diesem idyllischen Fleckchen Erde und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das nächste Dorf ist fußläufig erreichbar, es gibt drinnen wie draußen genug Platz, damit die verschiedenen Freizeitaktivitäten (Federball, Lesen, Toben, Kochen...) nebeneinander stattfinden können und die Gastfreundlichkeit der Besitzer kam als Wohlfühlbonus noch dazu. Jederzeit gern wieder und Danke

La vostra recensione ci ha fatto davvero un grande piacere. D’altra parte ci siamo subito accorti che questa vostra famiglia piena di figli allegri, vivaci e beneducati ci era veramente simpatica. Subito Jakob, il maschietto della famiglia, si è offerto di collaborare con noi al lavoro di potatura delle molte lavande che sono nell’aia. E’ stato davvero bravo!!! A very pleasing experience.

Travelling alone at Le Roghete I met very special people, the landlords. Very friendly, very supportive, sympathetic, I could spend the rest of this space taking about them. I stayed at one of the appartments for 21 days, and I left with the feeling that it wasn´t enough, that I should return soon. The place is very well kept by Letizia and Giorgio, very proper, confortable king size beds, good shower, very confortable and spacious place. Its location is supperb and I drove back and forth trough all Tuscuny- beautiful Tuscuny. In an Agriturism address but near everything. The surrounding villages/cities restaurants provided all the exquisite flavours I was looking for. I came home with the feeling ...I want more of it.

Ci ha fatto veramente piacere leggere le belle espressioni che descrivono la casa e il territorio della nostra Toscana, ma soprattutto ci hanno colpito le belle parole usate nei nostri confronti. La cosa più importante è sapere che un ospite si è sentito bene accolto e a proprio agio nella nostra casa. Con persone sensibili come lei, d'altra parte, non è difficile trovare subito una buona intesa e la voglia di stare insieme. Grazie davvero, di cuore !!! Allora....Speriamo di rivederci presto Giorgio e Letizia

Rust en Stilte

In oktober hebben wij een week doorgebracht in Casa Claudia, een van de twee appartementen van Le Rogheta. Het was een werkelijk schitterend huis, ruim en zeer smaakvol ingericht in landelijke stijl. Wij voelden ons er direct thuis. Het huis is rustig gelegen nabij een mooie vallei met bomen; er heerst rust en stilte. Toch is er in de omgeving het nodige te zien en te beleven: mooie kleine dorpjes, prachtige slingerwegen met vergezichten en ook enkele grotere steden zijn gemakkelijk bereikbaar. De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam; zij doen er alles aan om het hun gasten naar de zin te maken. Kortom: het was een heerlijke week! Een aanrader voor iedereen die gecharmeerd is van Toscana!

Sehr empfehlenswert

habe mit meiner Frau 10 wunderschöne Tage im "Le Rogheta" verbracht. Unsere Wohnung "Casa Claudia" ist sehr geräumig, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, und hat eine wirklich komplette, gepflegte Ausstattung. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Terrasse und der schöne Garten mit der traumhaften Aussicht. Das Gastgeber-Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bilder im Online-Inserat entsprechen der Realität.
