Casa Jovana is a modern update of a traditional Ibicencan farmhouse in which chic modernisation meets rustic charm where exposed stone walls and polished floors marry seamlessly. The property comprises of an open plan living area, which enjoys terrace access via the sliding glass doors which fill the room with sunlight. It’s a wonderful space to relax with friends in soft sofa seating.

Air conditioning is installed throughout the property including the large living space. All bedrooms are well-sized, each with views to the garden and pool area. Four bedrooms are located in the main property, while a fifth bedroom is located via an external entrance in the garden area.

Outside, idyllic countryside views stretch out before you in all directions. Taking a swim in the inviting swimming pool is a real pleasure, surrounded by nothing but birdsong and every fruit tree you can imagine – complete serenity. Dine on the terrace by the pool at daybreak and listen to the world awaken as the sun warms the early morning air. Or relax out here at dusk and enjoy the colours of an Ibizan sunset as they transform the landscape again. A shaded outdoor kitchen with barbeque area offers further al-fresco dining options, under traditional wooden rafters.
