WiFi, de la télévision, salle de bains, salon, salle à manger, grande cuisine avec salle à manger, entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, four, grille-pain, cafetière, etc. Air conditionné, système sûr et alarme relié à une centrale de sécurité. Il ya deux téléviseurs avec connexion par satellite (Astra / Hotbird de) et la télévision espagnole via le câble. Portique avec coin chill-out et salle à manger, barbecue dans le grand jardin clos, dans la vue protégée Posadastil. Le grand jardin offre à tout moment de la journée de soleil et de l'ombre. Lovely villa in a great spot

A beautiful villa with ample parking, and an amazing private outdoor space. The hosts were great in the lead up to our stay and during, and couldn’t have asked for more. It’s not too far from the beach and shops, and easy to get to more populous areas as well if that takes your fancy!

Wonderful Villa and great location

Had a terrific 2 week stay at this villa. Great location 4 mins from the beach and also 15 minute drive to San Antonio and 25 mins to Ibiza Town. Villa is beautifully furnished with a huge outdoor area with plenty of different areas to sit and relax. Great size pool. Michele the owner was a delight to deal with and made everything very easy in regards to check in/out and some local tips.

A villa of great character

We loved our stay in Villa Carpe Diem which gave us the opportunity to ‘seize nine great days with our family’. The villa was well appointed, very comfortable and had all of facilities essential for a perfect holiday. The garden and pool areas were excellent and provided places for recreation or solitude as desired. Its proximity to the beach and excellent restaurants was another great benefit. We enjoyed our interactions with Michele who we found to be be very welcoming, helpful and responsive.

Ibiza here we come!

Carpe Diem is a typical Spanish villa within walking distance of the sea and several restaurants. We stayed with 4 ladies and so enough space. Michele picked us up at the airport and transported the suitcases, great! Good explanation about the house. Everything was okay and worth repeating. Was a great week with the girls.

Villa Carpe Diem

We had a lovely week at Villa Carpe Diem from 7th June. The outdoor area and pool were excellent for our group of nine. Close to all local amenities and lovely restaurants.The only reason we have not given an excellent review is for the following main reason:The villa should only be advertised for 8 not 9 – the ‘annexe’ was a vestibule between two bedrooms and a bathroom, plus a door to the outside space. No privacy during the night as guests would have to pass though to reach the bathroomGenerally, the inside of the villa needs some TLC, although we did enjoy our week.

Was literally amazing, the host was super helpful, super responsive and absolutely what you want/need from a property manager. Will hopefully be going back next year! Pool was lovely, villa even better, gardens and space really relaxing. No mozzies for us even though we were told there may be some... Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you Michel! X

Lovely Villa

I stay here with my young family (22 months old and 4 years old) and the garden was great for them to run around, and it felt very safe as the garden is enclosed by garden walls. The bedrooms were comfy and it was nice to walk straight out into the garden from the bedrooms. The kitchen was equipped for everything we need for our stay. The location of the villa is great being less than 10 minutes walk to Cala Tarida, though getting down to the beach is quite difficult with a pushchair from the north end of the beach. I would also add the pool is not really suitable for very small children as its quite deep but they were able to climb up and down the steps to have a splash. Overall we had a great stay and I could not fault the villa.

Tout a commencé avec l’accueil de notre hôte adorable et très généreux de conseils L’arrivée dans le jardin nous a émerveillés! Les enfants étaient fous de joie! Problème de toilettes et douches

en résumé tout aurait été très bien si on avait pas eu des problèmes de douches l'eau coulait à peine - les wc une catastrophe - fausse septique bouché car trop pleine et après il vous fait payer les réparations - bref ! une vraie arnaque, si il fait ça avec tout le monde .. sinon pour le reste rien à redire - trop chère pour une prestation moyenne

Bedauerlich, von dem verursachten Problem erst informiert zu werden, nachdem wir die Kosten für dessen Beseitigung zurückgefordert haben. Wir sind für alle Gäste immer erreichbar und lösen ein eventuell auftretendes Problem sofort, weshalb wir auch durchgehend gute Bewertungen haben. Es gehört schon eine gute Portion Frechheit dazu, zuerst die Abflüsse durch den exzessiven Gebrauch von Toilettenpapier trotz entsprechender Aufklärung zu verstopfen und dann das Haus unverschlossen vor der vereinbarten Schlüsselübergabe fluchtartig zu verlassen, um nicht mit dem verursachten Schaden konfrontiert zu werden. Der Reinigungsdienst für das Abwasserrohr hat selten eine solche Menge Toilettenpapier, und zwar ausschließlich Toilettenpapier, im Toilettenablauf gesehen. Ein solches Verhalten zeugt von einer absoluten Rücksichtslosigkeit auch den nachfolgenden Gästen gegenüber. Wir können Sie leider anderen Gastgebern gegenüber nicht als aufrichtige Gäste empfehlen.

Great Moment in Ibiza!

We were very warmly welcomed by Michele. We spent an amazing moment in family with kids of 3 years and 3 months. The villa is great, very close from the beach Cala Tarida , pharmacy and mini markets. We recommend it!

Très belle villa confortable

A l'occasion du mariage de nos amis à Ibiza, nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cette villa bien située au calme et non loin des plages. Villa très spacieuse et idéale pour notre groupe de 9 . Piscine très agréable, chambres confortables aménagées autour d'un patio central. Accueil très aimable de Michele qui est très arrangeant au niveau des horaires. Suggestion:coté cuisine, prévoir poële anti adhésive (type Téfal), petit mixer et hachoir et grands bols petit déjeuner supplémentaires. Jean-Yves et les Bingos

Tolles Haus mit einem unglaublich schönen Garten und Poolanlage. Die Kinder hatten genügend Platz zum rumspringen. Grosse Terrasse mit genügend Sitzplätze am Tisch. Grosser Parkplatz für mehrere Autos. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr schön obwohl etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Einzig in einem Badezimmer machte die Dusche Ärger . Es kam zuwenig Wasser um richtig Duschen zu können. Der Vermieter kennt das Problem und kümmert sich darum. Er ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Beautiful villa in a great location

4 bedroom house just 10 minutes walk from the sunning beach of Cala Tarida. 3 suoermarkets nearby and a bus stop just outside the door so no need to hite a car. The villa has lovely gardens with dining areas and a separate pool area for those who enjoy the sun. Plenty shaded areas, a very relaxinc area to spend the day reading before heading out for a walk and a meal. Loved the climate, would thoroughly recommend for a family stay.

Great hospitality

Our family of seven stayed in this rustic villa for a week. It’s in a quiet location which suited us however is a very short car or taxi ride to other places such as Sunset Ashram and the restaurants in Saint Josep. A short walk to Cala Tarida which in our opinion is one of the best beaches on the island. A large garden and outdoor spaces to chill make this house a great option! Also notable is the hospitality of the owners who were communicative, kind and welcoming. Thankyou Michele!

We had a great time at the house. The house is big and spacious. The garten also has a lot of space and is perfect for kids to play. It was very clean and we had a warm welcome. Also when we had troubles, we got help quickly. The house is at a perfect location, a quick walk to the beach and easy acces to others. All and all, we could really recommend this house

Can highly recommend staying at the villa, we stayed as 2 x families and it was perfect. Villa had everything you could need & the location was great, Cala Tarida beach is just a 10 minute walk away & is beautiful!

FANTASTIC

We had to come to Ibiza for a family wedding and needed accommodation for 6 adults and 3 children. This property caught our attention and what a great choice it was. The propriotor met us at the airport and waited for us to collect the hire cars before leading the way to the villa. He was very friendly and helpful.The villa was large and spacious set in its own grounds, is air conditioned and has its own swimming pool. We loved it and did not want to leave as we had enjoyed ourselves so much here. Sea and beach are only a leisurely 20 minute walk away.

Absolutely beautiful villa in a fantastic location

We have just returned from staying at this wonderful villa after we had a wedding in the area. It is beautifully well kept and traditional. The gardens are an absolute dream. There is lots of space around the pool which gets the sun pretty much all day. We travelled as a family with a three year old and the villa had everything we could have needed. Michele our host could not have been more helpful. He met us at the airport and went through everything the villa had to offer. He was full of local knowledge and tips! The area the villa is situated is quiet and felt very safe BUT there is also restaurants, bars and the beach under a 10 min easy walk away. Overall I could not recommend this villa and it's host enough. We would love to come back again! Claire & Family

Great family getaway location

This property is spacious and comfortable for a family getaway. It's rustic, but charming, and in good location to Cala Tarida beach, a few shops for basics and a taxi rank. I'd recommend this to others looking for a relaxed stay in Ibiza
