Villa Tian sits in the marina resort of Puerto Calero, just on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen. A selection of cafes, bars and restaurants line the seafront, making it a beautiful place to unwind with a glass of local sweet Malvasia wine or Ron Miel, a local honey rum. 
With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, Villa Tian is ideal for both friends and families. An open plan whitewashed lounge with wicker furnishings and large patio doors open into the dining room, where a dining table comfortably seats all six guests. Off the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, breakfast bar and a doorway to the utility area. Leading off the lounge we also find bedroom one, with a king-size bed, doors to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom. Two further bedrooms, another king size and one twin room with ensuite shower rooms complete the inside. 
Outside, this stunning terrace boasts an impressive 9x5m pool and comes with complimentary pool heating* from November to April. A brick-built BBQ and a covered terrace make the ideal opportunity to try your hand at alfresco cooking. This villa also benefits from complimentary pool towels.

**Please note, the living room is on a split level. Therefore, this villa may not be suitable for those less mobile.
To access the villa there is a path which is 84cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 64cm wide. As can be seen in the images, there are lots of steps on the terrace, and steps leading to the poolside. The pool has an edging around it, and has ladder access. This is a ground-floor property. Inside, there are 3 steps from the bedrooms to the kitchen/lounge. The master double bedroom door is 70cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 60cm wide.
