From the day of booking through checking out, everything about the property was amazing.Great big flat, impeccably clean, superb location and management communication were spot on at every turn. Robert and team were waiting for us when we arrived. Took ten minutes to walk us through the amenities and then quietly slipped away.I sprung for daily housekeeping (giving a luxury hotel suite feel) and the cleaning crew was so nice and spot on every day. Full kitchen, washer/dryer combo and every other amenity made our ten day stay a 10/10!!Next trip to London, I’ll be bypassing the hotel suite and landing in this flat on Mayfair.

Awesome property. Awesome location. Clean as clean can be. Tube around the corner. Walkable to many great local restaurants (altgough some are a touch pricey) and tourist sites. Just a great place to stay in London.

The absolute best location—with easy access to the tube and within walking distance to many attractions. Plenty of space for 3 couples, good WiFi, clean and comfortable in every way. Good communication with Robert (who also arranged transportation from the airport). We would stay here again.

We had a few hiccups unrelated to our stay that included some lost luggage. We needed some assistance coordinating with the courier to deliver and had a bit of difficulty trying to get a response with this and there was no courier key. Other than that it was a great experience and location. Could use a local info guide with neighborhood recommendations and instructions for devices and appliances, check out info etc. Thank you!

The location of the apartment was perfect—easy access to everything, and quiet at night as well. The apartment is massive and very well air conditioned. We all enjoyed the great bathrooms and beds. The only downside at all to this unit were the hard pillows (these need replacing) and a lack of response to a couple of my texts from the manager. He did however try to call, and we had no unresolved issues, so that wasn’t that big of a deal. I would stay here again, and if you have a family of five like we do, this is the perfect unit to rent in London.

Excellent location

This lovely third floor apartment in Mayfair is an excellent base from which to discover London - walk to Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and Kensington Park, fabulous shopping and dining right outside your doorstep. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great location but barebones, was hoping for and expecting more based on pictures and description. Easy to get anywhere from here, either walking or on the underground.But again, based on description and location we were not expecting piles of rubbish on the street right outside the door way or someone sleeping in the doorway next door.. Also could hear everything that was happening upstairs, extremely loud!

Lovely in London

The apartment was absolutely perfect! We had plenty of room for the four of us. The beds were comfortable and the dining table was perfect for a buffet of Harrod’s goodies and Borough Market finds! Great location, very easy to find, and terrific shopping nearby. Stop by the King’s Head across the street for strong drinks and good food.

Family holiday

We stayed in this property for 7 days in November and the stay was splendid! Check in was very easy and the hosts brought in a floor mattress for one of the children. The flat is well laid out with plenty of space for the 7 people that stayed there (4 adults and 3 children). The home is also very well located - centrally located in Mayfair with easy access to all parts of the city. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property at a great location

Fantastic find and a great experience all around. Excellent communication with the host and team. Highly recommend this property as it is located in the heart of London, within easy walking distance to many major attractions, great restaurants and shopping. Short walk or cab ride to main museums. We had a very enjoyable 7 nights stay at 37 Albemarle!!
