Venez passer les vacances en famille de votre vie dans ce condominium de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain dans l'un des plus récents et des meilleurs développements de la côte du Golfe de Sterling, Splash Resort à Panama City Beach, en Floride. Notre unité est au 2ème étage et donne sur l'une des meilleures plages de Floride.

Maman et papa peuvent profiter des 2 piscines chauffées pour adultes avec jacuzzi, du bar et du grill au bord de la piscine ou du centre de remise en forme de 1500 pieds carrés donnant sur les piscines et le golfe, tandis que les enfants sont occupés à faire leur chose dans la rivière Lazy, les toboggans et les jets d'eau jouets, ou la salle de jeux et la salle de jeux vidéo avec mini-bowling.

Toute la famille peut se détendre et profiter d'un film de plongée. Et bien sûr, il y a des kilomètres de plage de sable blanc doux, avec location de plage et de parasols, jet-skis et parachute ascensionnel disponibles sur place. À la fin de la journée, détendez-vous sur notre balcon et profitez des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle du golfe. Tant de choses à faire, vous serez épuisé lorsque vous tomberez au lit.

Avec chaque location, nous incluons le FORFAIT PLAGE ... cela comprend 2 chaises longues et parasol, juste au bord de l'eau!

Notre unité a été décorée professionnellement et offre une suite King Master. La deuxième chambre dispose d'un lit simple superposé avec un lit gigogne en dessous. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen, pour accueillir la grande famille. Notre unité dormira confortablement 6-8, et sera meublée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances reposantes dans votre «chez-soi loin de chez soi».

Si vous cherchez des vacances à la plage en famille avec toutes les commodités à un prix raisonnable, vous ne trouverez rien de mieux que Splash. Venez plonger !! Passez les vacances de vos rêves.

Great clean rental close proximity to beach with great amenities for the whole family. Very well furnished and stocked with all necessities in kitchen. Only suggestion is to add a full length mirror one one of the doors for the ladies. We would definitely stay again

Amazing views and perfect place for peaceful vacation

We absolutely loved our stay. Home was clean. Finding it was fairly simple. It rained our second day so the parking garage and enclosed walk to the resort was perfect touch. We opted to make dinner in. The kitchen was very well stocked . The balcony view of sunset was amazing. We will return and will definitely keep booking this specific place. The owner checked in to make sure we needed nothing and was very communicated with us.

Definitely recommend. I gave it a 4 for cleanliness. After discussing with owner, it was resolved. I gave it a 4 when I booked a stay because the some pictures need to be updated with some different furniture. However, there was nothing wrong with the new furniture.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay! The room was very nice and clean! The second floor location is perfect, quick walk up the stairs if the elevators are busy. Hope to come back again!

Great Spring Break!

We traveled from VA to Panama City for our kids (ages 4 and 6) spring break. The condo was perfectly as described. The pictures in the listing actually do not do the unit justice. It is very nice and spacious. The unit was very clean. Everything was perfect for our arrival. We arrived a little earlier than scheduled, but we used the pool and splash pad until the unit was ready for check in. The entire facility was clean and the staff was very friendly. The kids really enjoyed the pool and splash pad area. The beach was clean and the chair service was great! One bit of advice, you reserve the beach chairs for your entire stay. You use the same chairs. So, on your first day, go early to reserve chairs on the front row. Our only complaint was from the guests above. For three nights, what sounded like 300 pound elephants were stomping around from 11:30 PM through the rest of the night. This was not the fault of the owner, obviously. Just something to be aware of. All in all we had a great trip even though the double red flags were flying for 3 of our 6 days there. Vince was very responsive to the very few questions we had.

Fall Break

The property was everything plus some. The king bed was super comfy and we slept just as good as if we were at our own home. The condo was fully stocked with things you need in the kitchen. The owner sent information prior to our arrival as noted in the rental. We’ll definitely rent this unit again it was perfect for our family.

Excellent family friendly atmosphere

This condo was excellent and provided us with a great stay. This is our second year in a row at Splash and we really enjoy it. Our toddler loves the splash pad and the condo is conveniently located right on the beach with chairs and an umbrella. It’s pretty hard to beat the convenience of being so close while also having all of the amenities this place provides. Unfortunately our last two days were double red flag which coincidentally was the best two days we had for weather as well but we still enjoyed the beach and pool. We will be back again next year!

Perfect for family

Great location on the beach. Kiddos really enjoyed the splash pad and lazy river. Comfortable beds. And you just can't beat the view from the balcony.

Family Vacation!

We loved our stay at this location!! I would recommend this location to all family's with kids! The beach for when you want to play in the ocean and sand, the pools are amazing when the kids need to take a break from the sun and still want to be out in the water. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely be renting next year!!

The perfect place for family!

We had 6 people, including 2 twenty something’s and 2 kids, everyone had a great time! The unit was super clean, I thought the 2nd floor wouldn’t have as great a view as higher units but it was great, and so nice not having to wait for an elevator - we will def stay here again.

Fall break fun

Cleanliness was good, we arrived a little after 4 cleaning lady was still there but didn’t take much longer. There was a light out which she reported and it was fixed the next day. The property is easy to get to and very clean. Lots of room for our family of 6. Felt safe for my teenager to have a smidge of freedom. My only small complaint is that there are only two elevators and it takes forever. Thankfully we used the stairs a lot to get to this second floor unit (we had family in a 12th floor room so we did have to utilize the elevators some) overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Also we loved the beach chair services included!

A great week in an amazing spot

Attentive owner, Vince let us check in early as the room was ready early. All updated appliances, beautiful views and the beach chairs! Oh the beach chairs! We had such a great week on the beach and Vince left so many ideas to keep us busy when we decided to take a day off from the sun. Thanks for the stay!

Nice condo!

Very nice place. We don’t normally go to splash when it’s just the two of us - but we were meeting family there. The unit itself is great! Recommend these lower floor units so you can take the stairs and avoid the lines for the elevator.

Wonderful family vacation

Very impressed with responsiveness of unit owner. He answered the phone when I called with an issue with door code and promptly got it fixed for us. This was the first time several of the family had stayed in this resort and this unit and all commented how nice it was and how much they enjoyed it.

Everything as Described

Everything about the property was as described at booking. We are a family of 5 so the trundle bunk bed worked perfectly. We were extremely happy to be on the second floor since the elevator situation can get ugly as described by other posts. The one big negative about the resort was that the restaurant grill was open less than half the time we were there. We were hoping to grab a few quick meals but every time we attempted it was closed (it seemed to close for the day if a streak of lighting was seen at 10am). The beach was crazy crowded, but other than that we had a great time.

Christmas Vacation

Fantastic condo in a fantastic location! 😍Condo was beautiful, clean and right on the water. It was just as the owner descibed and had fun beach toys for my kids to enjoy! One thing I wasn't prepared for was for some of the condo amenities (coffee shop, pool bar and restaurant) to not be open due to off-season rental. So we had to always drive somewhere to get food and drinks. And since we arrived Christmas Eve, I didnt realize that there would be NO stores open (even big box stores) for the next two days... so we had to make due with gas station purchases. Totally NOT the owners fault... I will just be better prepared next time! (Maybe you could keep just a little coffee on hand for us morning zombies who havent had a chance to make it to the store!😂) But absolutely loved our stay!!! And would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

AMAZING!!!

My teenage boys and my 80 year old mother traveled with me to Panama City Beach, FL for spring break. This was our first time visiting this area and we were not sure what to expect with spring break going on. That was not an issue at all. This place was amazing!!! The condo and the resort were very clean and quiet. The condo was perfect for our stay - very conveniently located in the building. It is close to the beach, the pools, and the little breakfast/lunch cafe in the building as well as the walkway to the parking garage. It had ample seating both inside and out to accommodate everyone in our party easily. It has a nice washer & dryer in unit, room darkening shades (big for us) and everything you would need in the kitchen to prepare and cook your meals. And then there is the view. The beach view from the balcony at the condo is absolutely breathtaking!! You will see some amazing sunsets off this balcony as well as dolphins and pelicans playing in the ocean from here. And Vince has an ample amount of seating out on the balcony for eating meals and for lounging. There are also some fun board games and a Roku for each TV. The staff is very friendly, and Vince's communication was top notch! Vince emails you everything you need to get checked in, get into the condo, and get around the condo and the area. We LOVED where the resort was located as well. It is not in the middle of all the "crazy" (again, we liked this) but is a very short drive or uber ride to the many restaurants, fast food, gas stations, shopping and all sorts of fun attractions. There is a very large gift and souvenir shop called Alvin's right across the street (you can also get ice cream cones here) and a place called Mikes Cafe and Oyster Bar not too far down the street as well - good food and great service! The only complaint my mother and I have about the condo was the master bed. It has great bedding, soft sheets and pillow cases, but the mattress is a hard memory foam top. This is 100% a personal preference, so this is not on the owner, it is just something to be aware of. My mom and I just prefer a much softer bed. Nothing we couldn't get over, however. :) We had a vert difficult time leaving, so it is safe to say we will be back. Vince was amazing and his beautiful condo was amazing!!! THANK YOU!!
