The apartment has all the amenities to enjoy a great stay; a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Surrounded by restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets and close to the most important museums in the city, the ideal space for families and remote workers who want to work from the Costa del Sol and have the main points of interest in the city just a step away. For stays of 28 days or more, please take into account the following information:
1. You must sign a lease agreement
2. Services such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR.
In the event that an in-person Check In is required or requested, the charge would be:
$25 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
$60 from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
