Koukaki Gem is a beautiful one bedroom apartment, on the elevated ground floor (5 steps), suitable for a couple or a lone traveller a stone throw away from the centre of Athens with easy accessibility to all forms of entertainment, shopping, museums and cultural events. The apartment accommodates a bedroom with a double bed, an open plan kitchen and cozy sitting area that allows for snug evenings in front of the TV and a moderm bathroom.

At the entrance of the building you will find a key box on the balcony railing on the right. Enter the lock box code and remove the apartment keys. Close the Key box door and shuffle the numbers of the code. Koukaki Gem is located on the ground floor, 1st door on the left. The door bell says VKbnb. You can also watch the video below to show you where the Key Box is located.

During your Stay

For HOT WATER please push up the right hand side switch on the middle row of the electricity board, with the indication 'Θερμοσιφωνας', that is in a down position. When you have enough hot water, please push the switch in the down position again.
Please ensure to switch off the air conditioning units and lights when leaving the apartment.
Do not through toilet paper in the toilet. Please use the bin provided.
The tap water is drinkable.
Garbage disposal in the bins on the street. Green bins are for garbage, blue bins are for recycling.
