A comfortable and welcoming duplex apartment completely renovated on the 2nd floor of the building, which is also the last, with 2 bedrooms: a large one on the upper floor and a small one on the lower floor.
A small bathroom, small kitchen and dining room, small free gym in the condominium. Located in the Penha de França neighborhood in the center of Lisbon, a quiet neighborhood with all the local shops. Our apartment is unique for its location, the comfort and environmental concern, we have some reusable items available and ecological amenities. WITHOUT ELEVATOR YOU NEED TO CLIMB STAIRS

Great location and place to stay

Great location, small and compact with everything you need. Clean with comfortable beds. Front gate keys are fussy to work with. Overall we would recommend.

Very good location, close to busy areas but still quiet enough to relax. Metro, Bus and Tram in easy walk distance. Very good and helpful contact to Owner.

Very cute apartment on the top floor, well stocked and comfortable beds. There is not a lot of parking nearby and difficult if you have a rental car. We took our rental car back and then took other transportation in the city.Lots of things within walking distance, we did find it a little bit noisy at night with the windows open so if you keep the windows closed and use the air conditioning, it’s all good. Good communication from the host and lots of little extras at the apartment overall a really good stay for the last couple of nights.

Cozy and Convenient

Convenient location to many great areas. Close to public transit. Quiet and secure. Good amenities close by. Comfortable sleeping arrangements and a warm shower! If you are looking to hang out in the apartment, it would be tight for a group of 4 in my opinion. We were out and about most of the day and only came home to sleep.

We had a great stay learning the history of Lisbon-Amazing- suggestion take a Tuk Tuk on first day. We would suggest having Wi-Fi but other wise very good. Access to taxis a few blocks or just walk like we did!! Thank you for the accommodations

Disappointed over size and available space in smaller bedroom. Very unfair arrangement when 2 friends visiting together.

Thanks Caroline for telling us what is obvious and annunciated ate the add.We can't increase the size of the rooms, it's a shame that you didn't pay attention to the photos and detailed description of the apartment and its measurements, the architectural restoration of this building that was an old factory in Lisbon's history was really faithful but it couldn't meet everyone's whims.

Many narrow stairs.

Only gave a 4 star because of a few things. Bathroom sink too small , had to use the kitchen sink to wash face. Too many narrow stairs, difficult to go up with luggage to the apartment and to second bedroom. Entrance to building has mild and smells upon entering building . We were glad we were not on main floor for that reason . We were approximately 15-20 minute Uber ride to downtown. Not much of a loung or kitchen area. Considering we are out most of the time this was an okay hub to sleep and to have a quick breakfast.

Perfektes Apartemenr

Super! Wir mochten das Apartrment sehr, es hatte alles, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, ästhetisch schön eingerichtetetes Apartement, sehr bequeme Matrazen in 2 Doppelbetten, 2 Schlafräume, kleine Küche und Bad, aber ausreichend, weil sehr schön und sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Es gibt auch einen seperaten Fitnessraum.
