Spacious and bright 3 bedroom flat on a 10th floor with stunning views of London. Quiet residential building within walking distance of all the major attractions, landmarks, restaurants and bars. Quite residential street within a walking distance to most of the London landmarks
Great, clean apartment, was some construction going on in the rest of the building but you wouldn't know inside the flat.
Host was super helpful and flexible, the only part that could have been slightly better were some directions for how to check in.
Overall it was great and we would recommend to anyone
We loved the location of this property! It was walkable to most places and easy access to buses/trains. It worked perfectly for our family of 7 adults. The only room for improvement would be to offer more sets of keys. One part of keys for 7 adults became difficult. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

The location was perfect for exploring London. Everything inside was great! Beds were super comfy and the unit had many updates to keep it high-end. Loved the shower design and temperature control panel! Daria was very responsive when we managed to get lost upon arrival (our mistake!), immediately giving me help when I messaged her. Being from the States, not sure when Iâll be in London again, but if I were coming, Iâd 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!
Nice accommodation for a family of 7 people. For 9 people, it is somewhat fine..but tight as 2 people have to share the convertible sofa..thereby limiting the space in the kichen/dining room.
Not enough seating capacity if more than 9 people.
Overall, the property is fine from the inside.
This is more of a 2 star property. The apartment was very average. It smelled and needs to be aired out. The bathroom had no ventilation and smelled quite bad. It is very small for 5 adults. The beds need to be updated as they were quite springy and perhaps invest in some softer bed linen. There really are no views as such - it looks out to other buildings.
The apartment is in a small residential area with higher rise buildings. More of a living like a local type of housing. We liked being close to Covent Garden and reasonably close to what London has to offer. Some good local options to eat. Flat could use some newer furniture, but overall it was ok. We only spent two nights. Views were ok, but not stunning (could see the top of the shard). It suited our needs and was fine. Not fancy. Had no issues with access to the flat or communication, all went smoothly. Would stay there again.
Apartment itself was clean and the beds are comfortable but the it is located an an old, fairly dirty building and there is only one key for an apartment with 3 bedrooms which is quite inconvenient. A pipe also burst in the building during our stay leading to no hot water for multiple days. The owner did preemptively offer a 100 pound refund for the issue which was appreciated
Cannot beat the location, service, and cleanliness!!
This apartment hit the trifecta of VRBO requirements for me at an affordable price. Of course you can get location, service, and cleanliness at top dollar cost, but thatâs not the case here. We walked everywhere with our 6 kids and used the tube to get around the city. Oyster cards are great, but any contactless payment will do. Daria is a top notch property manager, who is super responsive. Go to the Sainsbury grocery store by the Holborn underground station for all your food needs. You can see all the sights from here! Loved the experience & highly recommend it to anyone!!!
Tha apartment , once you inside is great, beds are the bathroom. . The only bad is the picking up of the key. It was my understanding that a store is located right on the first floor, but no way, the store is a couple of blocks behind the apartment building. We have to leave our bags and walk around to find the store and get the keys. That is the only downside. . Also the locations seems to me I was in the porjects. But like i said, once you unside the apartment everything is great.comfy, kitchen is great, we manage to chare
Property was as listed and owner was very responsive to communications during our stay. Outside of the building was a little run down, but the flat was in good shape. We could walk to Tomâs of shops and restaurants very easily.
We liked the apartment in general but were disappointed with the apartment building. Someone urinated in the elevator and the stench was vile. A homeless woman slept in the foyer, which made us uncomfortable. The host was understanding and worked with us during our unique challenges and the housekeeper did a great job cleaning up.
The flat was exactly what we needed. Daria gave great instructions and we found the shop easily to pick up the key, 5 minutes walk and we were at the flat. I must admit we were a little worried when we got to the building as there was scaffolding up and there was obviously work going on but when we went up in the lift to the 10th floor and opened the door to the flat we were very happy. The bedrooms were lovely and beds very comfortable. Really liked the shower and the kitchen had everything we needed. This was a perfect location for us, 5 minutes from a tube station and it was a straight line to the theatres. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, we had a lovely meal at the Indian Restaurant on our last night. Would highly recommend.
