You will have your own private entrance and no apartment facilities or spaces are shared, your apartment is private and for your sole use only.
Fully equipped kitchen with branded mod-cons: a large fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, pot/pans, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, separate dryer.
Bathroom: power shower, toiletries, shaving plug, hairdryer, Bluetooth mirror.
Bedroom: Bedding, linen, towels, clothes iron & board, digital safe, wardrobe, pedestal fan, smart TV, USB charging points, garden access.
We offer FREE PARKING for our guests, street parking directly outside too.

5-minute walk from Ilford Train Station, 20 minutes by tube into Central London. Excellent bus connections, close to Excel Exhibition Centre and Stratford Westfield Shopping Centre. A12, A13, M11, North Circular Road, Ilford Shopping Centre with Cinema Complex, Nando's etc. Please note we will require proof of ID for all stays. We reserve the right to request a deposit.
Local Amenities: Ilford High Road is about a mile long and has a vast number of shops including computer shops, clothing, hairdressers, food.
Ilford Exchange Shopping Centre is a few minutes walk away with major stores such as Next, WH Smith, New Look, Sports Direct, Burger King, Ryman, Poundland, Peacocks, 99p Stores, The Body Shop, and GAME. More stores are located just outside the Exchange, including an Argos, Waterstones and the recently opened Primark, Wilkinson, Pharmacy, Post Office, Sainsbury's Supermarket, Barbers.
Huge choice of restaurants such Indian, Peri Peri, Chicken, Fish and Chips, absolutely everything you need within walking distance.
