Here there is a comfortable leather two seater sofa, easy chair, smart TV and dining table positioned next to the window. A step up takes you into the brand new kitchen with oven, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer box and plenty of crockery and cookware. The new modern facilities will certainly tempt you to cook and dine in during your visit, but for those treating themselves to a meal out there are a wide selection of fantastic eateries to choose from on the doorstep.
Also on this floor is the stunning new shower room with large walk in drench shower and black panelled shower screen, two heated towel rails and mirror with lighting. There is a cupboard which houses the washing machine and separate dryer.
