Skiddaw View - an apartment that sleeps 2 guests in 1 bedroom

This home from home is well appointed and beautifully furnished throughout to ensure a comfortable stay. The modern kitchen is extremely well equipped and includes a full size fridge-freezer and washing machine. The living/dining space looks out towards Skiddaw and Latrigg and features a comfortable grey sofa and Smart TV with access to Sky TV + Netflix. The dining table for two is positioned by the window so you can admire the stunning fell views while you dine and enjoy a glass of wine after a day of adventures. The bedroom has a double bed dressed in quality linen, dressing table and ample storage. The modern bathroom has a heated towel rail, WC, washbasin with cabinet, mirror and bath with shower over. The owners provide some lovely little extras including soaps, shampoo and conditioner. There is one allocated parking space in the private car park.

Brilliant stay

Lovely property in the centre of Keswick. Perfect for a single person or a couple. Easy access to all the various cafes and restaurants as well as the various walks around Keswick.

Great for a couple

Small but perfect for 2. Close to all keswick's restaurants, pubs, shops and cinema. Also close to a main road, which can be noisy during the day. Easy drives for the central and northern fells, as well as cumbria's west coast. Designated parking spot, which is a real bonus in such a busy town. Kitchen well equipped. Bed very comfortable. Would definitely book skiddaw view again.

A relaxing New Year's break

My husband and I, together with our dogs stayed in Skiddaw View between Christmas and New Years. The apartment is located right in the middle of the town, with Fitz's Park right on the doorstep for our active dogs. The parking is directly behind the apartment and very secure. The apartment was warm, extremely well equipped and we enjoyed more evenings in than out- due to the comfort on offer. The Keswick Cottages team were so helpful before the trip, answering all and any questions we had. There is nothing we could fault about our stay in Skiddaw View- we loved every minute and we will certainly be back.

Of all the holiday cottages we have stayed in Keswick this one has the best views, centrally located, own parking space, great sofa to relax after a long day walking. Will be booking again.

Skiddaw view

Brilliant location near to the park and easy walk into Keswick also nice to have a parking space. The flat was cleaned to a very high standard and had everything we needed for our stay ,the bed pillows and duvet where good quality and very comfy, we enjoyed our stay

Fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Keswick, it was a relaxing place, especially on a rainy day, it was a short walk into town, lots of local shops, restaurants and pubs. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Ideal location

Fantastic stay at Skiddaw view ,ideally situated for the town centre and also for the park for walking dogs.Although small it's beautifully furnished and ideal for 2 people.Bed was really comfortable. Would definitely stay here again .

Everything you need for a stay in Keswick - excellent location and good to have your own parking space, even if it was a bit difficult to get into. Nice flat with everything you need.

Nice holiday

It was a pleasant stay with our dog. The beautiful Fitz Park is just around the corner, so it is possible to go out for a nice walk with your doggy.

Return Visit

Our second time staying at Skiddaw View for a short winter break. It’s the perfect little apartment for a short stay. Really cosy and comfortable, and excellent town centre location. Definitely hope to be back for a third time.

A very special weekend

Me, my partner and the dog had an amazing 3 night stay at Skiddaw View apartment. It was exactly as described with some thoughtful extras. It was my partners 40th birthday and they had left a card and prosecco for our arrival, as well as a doggy gift pack, to mention a few. Really appreciate the personal touches. The apartment was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was well equipped and sofa was comfortable. The view was fab and it was lovely to see what we’d climbed up from the window. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

A Little Gem

An ideal retreat for two in the centre if Keswick. Immaculately clean and comfortable with the added bonus of a parking space at the rear of the premises. Would and probably will rebook for any future visit to the area

Just perfect

Lovely apartment, with everything you could need provided, in the most perfect location with fantastic views. Just a few minutes walk to shops, lake, pubs and a lovely park just across the road. Instructions and guide sent by text/email from the host gave all the information needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future.

Short three day stay

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location within the town. Immaculately clean and very comfortable with private parking. The only negative if being really picky, is to have the poles from the parking spot removed as it can be very tight.
