Great location, lovely apartment. Views and balcony perfect. Researched the exact position before booking and thought it might be a bit noisy from traffic but it really wasn’t.

Excellent apartment which is very well equipped. Lovely and clean on arrival and check in host extremely helpful and gave a detailed tour of the apartment. Excellent location opposite beach and near a large number of very good restaurants in tge old part of town. Good wi-fi with easy access using QR code. Highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic month in Estepona

We stayed for 4 weeks at this fabulous apartment in Estepona. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. The kitchen has very high end appliances which was great. The parking was an added bonus as we were driving to many of the golf courses in the Sotogrande area. Would definitely come back again.

Amazing apartment

We stayed for 10 days and loved it . The apartment had everything you need , comfortably furnished , comfortable beds and it’s in an amazing location , right on the beach and surprisingly not too noisy. The owners correspond with you and the welcoming host could not have been more helpful or kind 10/10 for this property .

Dream- Appartement

We are a couple from Germany and were able to spend six weeks on holiday in this beautiful apartment. We have been spending several weeks in Estepona for over 10 years, but we have never experienced an apartment like this. The location is first class, the facilities leave nothing to be desired, very tastefully decorated. I can definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

Beautiful view and beach at the door

A large apartment, confortable with beautiful view of the ocean and the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with all the required necessities. We found the beds confortable which is a big plus when we travel. At time of arrival, Lola was very helpful and answered all our questions. She made us feel welcomed. The parking in the building was a nice feature and made it easy to transfer groceries and luggage to the apartment. At a walking distance there was a Mercadona and a little further a Carrefour Market. There a numerous restaurants in the area which made it a pleasure to go out without the necessity to use the car. We enjoyed our stay.

Estepona

This was our introduction to Estepona, which we loved. Unfortunately, there was construction every day in front of our rental. However, our rental manager did warn us and gave a discount. We were unable to access our garage one day, but we did manage to survive the commotion. We are considering coming back to the same property next year.

Fantastic Stay!!

We (myself, husband and three 16 year old boys) have just returned from a week at this fabulous apartment. The living space is excellent - really spacious and plenty of room for the five of us. The owners have thought of everything and the apartment is beautifully furnished with amazing attention to detail. Location is fabulous - literally opposite a gorgeous beach which was never overcrowded / busy. Also you are only a couple of minutes walk into Estepona Old Town and also only a 15 minute walk along the beautiful promenade to the Marina / Port where you can find more great restaurants. Estepona itself has so much to offer (for all ages) and you’re also not far from other areas along the coast (i.e. Marbella) or the mountains for walking etc if you prefer a change of scene. We will definitely return!

Fantastic Home in a Great Location

My family and a friend of my youngest child just completed our stay in this modern and well-appointed home. It was perfect for the 5 of us (kids are college aged). The home was on the second floor with a large balcony overlooking the beach. We expected the home to be smaller than the pictures made it look (our previous experiences) but that was not the case. We had more than enough room throughout the home. The home had everything we needed and we really felt nothing was missing. It was very clean and comfortable, the owner was very accessible to answer any questions we had, and there was someone there to meet us and help us get situated. We really liked the home and we loved the location. Steps from the beach, beach volleyball courts, and beach bars/restaurants. Also a short walk to the grocery store for snacks, drinks, and breakfast food, and just a block or two from Old Town where we spent a lot of time exploring and eating at the many restaurants to choose from. We walked everywhere and did not need a car in Estepone although we had one. We loved the town and would definitely go back. But we also used Estepone as the base for day trips. We spent a day in Gilbralter, Marbella, and even did a trip to Grenada and the Alhombra (this was a bit further but we were still back in time to have dinner out in Old Town Estepone. Each of these day trips was a great experience. I would definitely recommend visiting this part of Spain and I would highly recommend this home.

Wohlfühlappartment

Trotz durchwachsener Wetterlage hatten wir einen wunderschönen vierwöchigen Urlaub in Estepona verbracht.Schon der herzliche Empfang durch Lola, die als Ansprechpartnerin für die Wohnung zuständig ist, ließ uns uns von Anfang an heimisch fühlen. Auch während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes war sie jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit.Die Wohnung hat unsere Vorstellungen bei Weitem übertroffen.Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Der wunderschöne Balkon mit Meer- und Promenadenblick ergänzt die Wohlfühlatmosphäre.Auch für leidenschaftliche Hobby-, Köche:innen ist durch eine gute Küchenausstattung gesorgt.Gerne wären wir im November wiedergekommen, aber leider war die Wohnung für den von uns ins Auge gefassten Zeitraum bereits ausgebucht.Nochmals vielen Dank an Lola und Andres! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Estuvimos 7 noches en agosto, la playa poco masificada, el apartamento dispone de cochera de debajo hay un parking a 60€/semana. El piso súper bonito y muy amplio, totalmente equipado y con muy buen gusto. Súper limpio y con una asistencia del anfitrión muy buena. La ubicación es muy buena, esta tranquila y a la vez cerca de muchos restaurantes y zonas comerciales. Sin duda para repetir, gracias por todo
