A beautiful, brand new 2 en-suite bedroom ,(1 king, 1 twin) single storey holiday cottage with glass frontage overlooking the Isle of Isay from the very sought after Waternish peninsula. This is one of the most comfortable and well designed properties that there is on Skye. The views, whether rain or shine, are simply stunning. Tidal Reach is one of the most delightful properties on Skye. With 2 en-suite bedrooms, 1 king (UK size) and 1 twin room, it is ideal for a short break as a couple, with family or friends. With a wood burning stove in the living room, so no matter what the weather you can feel warm and cozy in this incredibly well insulated property. I am sat here at the moment in the swivel chair next to the window and am simply trying to put what I am seeing into words. It is not easy, so, best come and see it for yourself!

Finished to a high standard, this home has been built with comfort and leisure in mind. Possibly a writer's paradise.

The view is simply fantastic and we are delighted to have it on our books!

Our stay at Tidal Reach was absolutely amazing. The views from the deck were stunning and the house was perfectly equipped to handle our group of four. Will definitely recommend staying here too any of our friends and family planning a visit to the Isle of Skye.

Excellent location and communication

My family and I absolutely loved this spot and would come back. The cottage is cozy and quiet with breathtaking views of the bay. And it’s close to Stein Inn and Loch Bay both of which are delicious. Cat was lovely and checked in on us while we were there, and she was incredibly communicative and helpful during our trip. Can’t recommend this spot enough.

Tidal Reach - Skye

We had an amazing stay in Tidal Reach, accommodation was immaculate and provided all of the amenities that you could ask for. Modern, cosy, comfortable and with the most amazing views thrown in for good measure. I would highly recommend the booking process was also very easy with great communication, directions and instructions helped to make everything extremely easy.

Beautiful views in a comfy home.

The home has spectacular water views. We enjoyed being outside on the picnic table. The home had items we didn’t expect like foil, cling wrap, oil and S&P in the kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms are mostly comfy, but be aware the larger (not American size King) bed was a bit soft and very low to the ground if that’s a concern for you.

Fabulous house

Wonderful house completed to a very high standard. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect and neither is better than the other which is fabulous for 2 couples as nobody has to compromise. Would highly tecommend

Great location and views

Beautiful view from the front deck/porch, extraordinarily clean, laundry room is outstanding, the video guides were great & helpful and the bottle of wine to welcome us was a nice touch. The open common area was awesome with the family for cooking, relaxing and game night.
