La villa a de splendides vues sur les îles Molara et Tavolara. À 350 m de la plage. Dans cette localité de Cala Ginepro - Punta Molara vous trouverez un environnement plein de végétation typiquement méditerranéenne. L'endroit est calme et préservé. La maison est entourée d'un jardin rempli d'arbres et a 2 vérandas. L'extérieur de la maison est fait de pierres. À l'intérieur, les sols et les dessus de bancs sont carrelés de céramique et les meubles sont typiques de la Sardaigne. Informations sur le golf : vous trouverez plusieurs parcours de golf. Le parcours de Puntaldìa se trouve à 5 min en voiture, c'est un parcours qui divertira les joueurs les moins expérimentés et rendra la vie difficile aux joueurs les plus qualifiés.

Perfect family stay

This is an inviting and comfortable traditional family home. It is clean and well kept, has many outdoor spaces to relax in: poolside, under the shade of the pergola for reading and eating, or enjoying a glass of wine and the 360 spectacular views from the roof terrace as the suns goes Down.

Great house for a family gathering

The house is suitable for all ages and located about 15 minutes from La Cinta beach and about 18 minutes from San Teodoro, where there's more to do. Lovely and very responsive hosts! They were happy to make recommendations throughout the week. Well-stocked kitchen and wonderful outdoor area. While the bedrooms are comfortable, ask for warmer if you get cold at night sleeping with AC because as they only provide sheets and thin quilts.

Best holiday ever!

I do recommend this house as well as the island! We stayed in this house for 2 weeks in August 2012. Many thanks for letting us rent your lovely house. We really enjoyed it! We intend to return to this villa in Sardinia. We loved it, the people are very friendly and the owners are very kind; the sea, the food and the weather were amazing. The setting is incredible, the house is very pleasant, very clean, nice rooms, good beds, well equipped kitchen. A lot of space in the garden, one big veranda well equipped and a big terrace with a splendid view (where is always possible to sunbath or stay shady under umbrella; everything is very quiet there. The beach is 6/8 minute walk from the house and the others are 5/6 minutes away by car. The near town of San Teodoro is a real beauty, with lots of nice restaurants and pizzeria. Best holiday ever!

Beautiful house with great outdoor seating

me and my friends had a very relaxing stay at this property. There was a bit of miscommunication leading up to the stay about the use of all bedrooms available, but the hosts were able to solve this prior to arrival. The one thing I'll mention is that pool towels and beach towels were not provided initially. I think it's important, being a property with a pool, to include this as a basic feature of the rental (as well as beach towels). Extra toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and dish towels were also limited and needed to be requested. Otherwise, the grounds are beautiful and the upstairs terrace is great for dinners and sunsets. The neighborhood is very relaxing, so if you're looking for more activity, I'd stay closer to a bigger town. However, being able to walk to the ocean was especially wonderful for us.

jolie villa avec piscine et vue magnifique

La maison de Cala Ginepro est située dans un très bel endroit sur les hauteurs. Elle permet de rejoindre facilement les très jolies plages environnantes. Son toit en terrasse offre une vue incroyable sur la mer et les îles Tavolara et Molara. Sa piscine et la terrasse couverte sont très agréables. La maison est confortable et est équipée suffisamment pour une famille de 4 personnes même si la cuisine est un peu exigüe ce qui ne facilite pas la préparation des repas. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cet endroit.

In a word outstanding …..

Great hosts and great people in the region … Beach a short to a medium walk depending on your preference of beach experience….. Bottegas and cappuccini less than 3 klms away on a quiet road … Aperitivos by the pool … Restaurants at every turn …. Digestivos under the moon and stars on the roof before turning in …. Doesn’t get much better. Ps we had a great boat / beach experience and a pasta making experience as well. Pss kitchen can work for the those with imagination and resourcefulness - in truth the fresh local ingredients carry the day

Beautiful villa with everything we needed for the family. Really enjoyed the private pool, huge table outside to eat meals at and incredible views from the roof top. Hosts were fantastic, very accommodating and always quick to respond whenever we need help. Would definit visit again!

Beautiful villa with private pool

We spent an unforgettable holiday in a beautiful villa located in Punta Molara, San Teodoro. The house is very nice, welcoming, well furnished and equipped with everything from dishwasher to washing machine, LED TV and air conditioners, outdoor BBQ , kitchen and a private pool. Check in was easy and Eleonora and her dad are such a great friendly host! Also just About 12 min to stunning Cala Brandinchi beach. This place holds a special place in my heart. We really enjoyed our stay here and will come back. Thank you.

Authentic Sardinia Welcome

Property was amazing, good location, excellent welcome from the owners/managers. Family enjoyed the pool and nearby beaches, sun, good food and local village life Easy going place, which we manage to use despite small kitchen space and a bit dated/sparse equipment. All in all, great family time. Totally recommend it

We received a very warm welcome. Nothing was too much. The house and pool are beautiful. Very clean. Good beds. You will need a car but the nearest small beach is within a 10 min walk away. Salvatore's (the host)daughter speaks very good English. They were both very helpfull. A 5 star home!

Volevamo una vacanza di relax e comodità per la nostra famiglia. Abbiamo affrontato un viaggio in macchina di tre ore con una bimba di due mesi e un bimbo di 4 anni che avrebbe dovuto godere di una piscina tutta per se. Al nostro arrivo il proprietario ci ha mostrato con disinvoltura una piscina stagnante, con l’acqua talmente verde che non si riusciva a vedere il secondo gradino della scaletta. Una piscina in quelle condizioni non lo diventa in poche ore e soprattutto non ritorna alla normalità in poche ore (come invece sosteneva il proprietario). Oltre alla piscina, anche la lavastoviglie fuori uso, per cui la comodità che cercavamo veniva meno del tutto. Alla nostra richiesta di svuotare e riempire nuovamente la piscina il proprietario ci ha detto di non poter tornare indietro.Oltre a questo in casa non è presente una zanzariera e in pochi minuti la casa era piena di zanzare. Per cui abbiamo deciso di lasciare la proprietà per trovare una sistemazione più comoda in un hotel. Un comportamento del genere per noi è assolutamente disonesto. Non si può affittare una casa a più di 500€ al giorno per poi trovarla in quelle condizioni. Benché il proprietario avesse avuto più di un’occasione per avvisarci che le cose non erano esattamente come descritte nell’annuncio ha preferito tacere. Ma mancanze del genere dovrebbero essere ripagate in soldi e non in scuse. Abbiamo ricevuto il rimborso (senza la percentuale di HomeAway, che abbiamo perso non per colpa nostra) ma ciò non cancella il disagio, la perdita di tempo e la perdita di soldi.

L'inquilino ha avuto fretta di andarsene dopo alcune ore nonostante le assicurazioni che l'acqua della piscina il giorno dopo sarebbe stata perfetta. Infatti il giorno successivo, dopo una adeguata clorazione d'urto, l'acqua ha ripreso la sua trasparenza. Da parte mia non c'è stata disinvoltura e/o disinteresse ma solo preoccupazione per una situazione che d'improvviso è precipitata! Mi sono scusato e ho restituito tutto ciò che avevo ricevuto anche se la casa per alcune ore è stata usata. Anche la lavastoviglie (nuova) è stata riparata il giorno dopo, all'arrivo del tecnico. Per quanto riguarda le zanzare tengo a precisare che il condominio ogni anno provvede alla disinfestazione. Qualche zanzara potrebbe entrare se si lasciano le finestre e le porte aperte. La casa è adeguatamente climatizzata.

Avstand til strand var oppgitt til 300 m, men avstand var 900 m. Vi leide hele huset, men fikk ikke underetasjen uten å måtte betale 500 euro ekstra. Dette kom ikke fram av avtale, noe som var lite gunstig for oss, da tante på 42 og nevø på 16 måtte dele rom. Dette mener vi at vi bør få en kompensasjon på.

Dear Mr. Johnny, the villa is 5 minutes drive from all the most beautiful beaches of San Teodoro, such as Porto Taverna, Punta Molara, Cala Brandinchi, Coda Cavallo, Lu Impostu and La Cinta. You can choose either from white sand beaches or rock beaches to do some snorkeling. The closest beach of Cala Ginepro is at 10 minutes walking distance. The villa has an extra bedroom with private bathroom and kitchen available for more than 6 guests. Your reservation was made for 6 persons, so the extra bedroom was not required. At the moment of your arrival, when we propose you to have the extra bedroom, you decided to not to rent it. Best regards.

Amazing holiday in villa

We spend holiday two weeks in June with the family in this beautiful villa. The house has larges spaces, a very beautiful garden, suits perfectly to relax and have privacy. The nearest beach is 6/8 minutes walking distance and the children enjoy snorkeling there. The white send beaches are 5 minutes drive distance. Incredible water! We loved the swimming pool after coming from the beaches to relax in late afternoon. The house is very clean, the beds are nice and cozy, beautiful outdoor table and barbecue. The terrace has a great sea view on the islands and the owner are really nice. I suggest this place to families who want independency.

Perfect place

This villa is wonderful ! You have a beautiful landscape of the sea and Molara island. There are three bedrooms, two fantastic bathrooms. More over, there is a fantastic terrace where you can see clearly the sea view, swimming pool and garden. The living room with it's forniture is typical of Sardinian culture. My family had a great holiday at the villa. My three children played with ball all the time in the garden and swimming pool. The beach is few minutes from the villa and there are also great white sand beaches like Porto Taverna and Lu Impostu. San Teodoro village is only 15 minutes drive and Porto San Paolo 10 minutes.

I’ll surely returne there

I stayed in Cala Ginepro Villa for two weeks this summer. It's a beautiful house located in Monte Petrosu, near 5 minutes drive distance from the centre of San Teodoro and nearby a lot of wonderful beaches like "Punta Molara" and "Cala Ginepro" you can reach by walking. In the structure there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well supplied kitchen, a spacious livingroom and it's very clean. On the top of the house there's a terrace from which you can see an amazing landscape and sea view. Outside there are also a veranda and a swimming pool which is equipped with an outdoor shower. Mr.Salvatore and Mrs. Mariateresa are very kind and available. I strongly recommend it. I'll surely returne there.

My impressions of the Ginepro Villa

I’ve stayed with my fiancé in Cala Ginepro, the villa is really nice, very private and lovely. The sea it’s like 5 minutes away by car and the water is really amazing. It was the first time in Sardinia and the staying was absolutely precious. The owners too are really nice and they helped us find the best local restaurants and the best beaches. If you are looking for a place to relax and completely enjoy Sardinia this is what I recommend.

Villa spettacolare

Villa inserita in un contesto molto silenzioso e distante pochi chilometri da tutti i servizi per chi cerca la vacanza meno caotica. Camere ampie è molto comode, la presenza dei tre bagni (più doccia estrena) completa l’efficente comodità. Fiore all’occhiello della Villa? Un giardino molto ben curato con una bella piscina che ti permette di prendere il sole nel caso in cui non si abbia la voglia di andare al mare, ma da non sottovalutare il bagno di mezzanotte prima di andare a dormire. Una veranda molto ben attrezzata con un bel barbecue è un tavolo lungo dove possono stare fino a 16 persone comode. Consiglio vivamente.

Comfortable villa with lovely outdoor space

We enjoyed our holiday. The local beaches were fabulous. The outdoor covered patio was a great space to spend time and the outdoor furniture was very attractive. We would suggest that the owners leave a little ‘welcome pack’ of milk, coffee, bread- the nearest shop is quite a drive away. We also suggest you leave a list of the good beaches- we found the best one on our last day! Thank you

Family holiday to celebrate son's 30th birthday

Last minute booking due to Belvilla Property management cancellation but we were thrilled with the Villa. Great location with fabulous sea views from the rooftop area. The villa was very clean and well cared for and has a fantastic outside dining area and BBQ which we used extensively. In fact the weather was so good I don't think we hardly used the lounge area at all. The swimming pool was excellent for cooling off in and the shower in the corner of the garden was also useful. We were 7 adults and the rooms were good sized. It is essential to have a vehicle to get to the local supermarkets (2 to 3 km) and restaurants. Some were bitten quite badly by mosquitoes and the citronella candles didn't keep them at bay nor the repellent used but despite this we had a fantastic time at Villa Cala Ginepro. The owners were very friendly and resolved a couple of issues we had promptly.

Great summer vacation

Villa Cala Ginepro was the best place to pass our summer vacations. We enjoyed a lot the garden and the BBQ. The nearest beach was only 300 meters away and all the surrounding beaches were just amazing. We spent two marvelous weeks in this property. The house was really cozy. I truly recommend it.

Vacanza indimenticabile

Villa molto bella, immersa nella natura con vista stupenda sull'isola di Molara, attrezzata in tutto, a pochi chilometri da spiagge incantevoli: Punta Molara, Porto Taverna, Cala Brandinchi. Accoglienza ottima e proprietari sempre disponibili. Sicuramente torneremo.

FANTASTIC VILLA

WOW ... Cala Ginepro’s villa !!!!!!!!! FANTASTIC We spent 15 days of our honeymoon here. What a romantic place! Beautiful retro styling - but with all modern conforts, - everything close at hand Execlusive villa - everything close at hand. The view from the Villa Cala Ginepro terrace of Molara island is magnificent! We were there in July, fantastic! San Teodoro just 6/7 mins. away by car is quite an extraordinary place. Great restaurants, shops. Cool and trendy pubs & clubs for all budgets & ages. We're going back this year in September - can't wait and we think that's the best testimonial of all. Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
