Villa Theros is a luxurious 6/8 bed vacation home for exclusive vacations in Puglia, in the area of San Michele Salentino.
The villa is equipped with swimming pool, private soccer field, outdoor kitchen, barbecue and large garden with olive grove and orchard fully fenced and with parking.

The villa with pool is immersed in a large, fully fenced estate.
The garden is lush and fragrant, with olive grove and orchard, but also with private soccer field and spacious parking.
Next to the swimming pool with there is a spacious sunbathing area and a gazebo under which is located the large, well-equipped outdoor kitchen, where you can also dine al fresco.
The
interiors are spacious, fresh and modern, featuring large windows with
panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
In the central part of
the villa is the living area, a living room with fabric sofa and TV, large fully equipped kitchen, dining room and laundry room.
The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms,
including 2 doubles, 1 double with 1.40 m bed and 1 twin with single
beds, which can become double if necessary.
There are, in addition, 2
shower rooms inside, and a full shower room outside.

The villa is located in the countryside of San Michele Salentino,
in the province of Brindisi, less than a 2-minute drive from the
center.
Nearby, between 10 and 15 km, there are beautiful historic
centers worth visiting, such as Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica and San Vito dei Normanni.
The
nearest beaches are those of the Adriatic, such as the marinas of
Ostuni, Posticeddu and Torre Santa Sabina, more or less 17 km away.
The
trulli of Alberobello are just 40 km away.
The nearest airport is in Brindisi, about 30 km away from Villa Theros.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 35 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
