This ground floor 2-bedroom apartment has stunning views across the valley to the Mediterranean Sea. The heart of the village is a mere two-minute drive from the apartment and a 10-minute drive takes you to the Blue Flag beach of Pissouri Bay.

The property benefits from a large and sunny terrace with sunbeds for relaxing under the beautiful Cyprus sunshine. The barbecue together with the dining table allows for al-fresco dining to be enjoyed as the sunsets and bathes the valley in a rosy glow.

The apartment's open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas are furnished to a high standard with modern furnishings. The kitchen with an island offers all necessary appliances, including fridge/freezer, oven, hob, washing machine and microwave. The adjacent dining area seats 4 and the living area has comfortable sofas and IPTV with soundbar is available featuring many English-speaking channels including Netflix. Wireless internet connection is also available. Patio doors from the living area lead to the outside terrace and sunroom.

The apartment has a twin bedroom and a master bedroom with king size bed. Both bedrooms share the bathroom with spacious walk-in shower.

From the master bedroom, patio doors lead out to the sunroom where you can sit, relax, and unwind whilst enjoying the stunning views.

Air conditioning is available throughout the apartment and is included in the rental cost.

A baby cot and highchair can be hired from a local hire company, if required – please contact us for prices and availability.

The complex offers a gated communal swimming pool (depths 1m to 1.5m) with walk-in steps a stone’s throw from the apartment.

A welcome pack is left at the apartment for guest's arrival. Please advise us of any dietary requirements before your arrival.

Rates include: Air conditioning, WiFi, IPTV, use of communal swimming pool, welcome grocery pack (please advise before arrival of any dietary requirements), weekly cleaning service for stays exceeding 14 nights - to be paid locally directly to the property manager - bathroom and pool towels and bed linen.

Electricity – An allowance of up to 160 kWh is included in the rental. In most cases, this is more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. If electricity usage exceeds this allowance, any additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh and deducted from the security deposit.

The allowance is designed to promote mindful energy use, and with normal, considerate usage, it is uncommon to exceed this limit.
