Just what the doctor ordered, peace & quiet in luxury accommodation
Property lived up to booking photos, & we have stopped in Anarita multiple times but first time at this complex, lovely & quite, just what we wanted & hopefully we can get booked up again next year, but for 3 weeks instead of 2, Iâd highly recommend this property, just make sure you have car hire to explore the rest of the island in between relaxing days on poolside , owner kept in touch through out booking process & during our stay, only thing to watch out for is web site shows wrong directions, says itâs Anarita bypass when you looked at directions on google maps, which gave us a headache in finding property, even though weâd stopped in Anarita multiple times, next more I checked web booking info, & they showed correct address in write up, but for some reason when you clicked on link for directions, it sent you wrong address, letâs just say it was a lesson learnt on my behalf, but it didnât detract from wonderful holiday at wonderful accommodation
This place is amazing. The facilities & attention to detail are the best that we've ever experienced, including many 5* hotels. We were gutted to leave & can't wait to come back & stay at this fabulous location.
A fantastic town house, superb decor and facilities. Great complex, close to local amenities, 10 minutes from airport and lovely restaurant's near by. Cant wait to go back again!
From comfort, ease of finding the location, equipment in the property, everything has been perfect. Plenty of local interest, great places to dine out.
Probably one of highest standard places Iâve stayed! Beautiful property with outstanding amenities and spotlessly clean throughout. Spacious inside and out! The village is so near to airport and all of main resorts however, a car is a MUST as situated in a rather remote village. Peacefully quiet and all in all a very memorable chilled week was had .. highly recommend
Lovely townhouse with a choice of 3 communal pools.
Very enjoyable stay in this townhouse which is very close to Paphos airport and close to Paphos Town and several very nice beaches a short drive away. Supermarket is about 10 minute drive away. A car is definitely needed as the location is a little remote. The property has the use of 3 very nice communal pools spread across the development. Communication with the host was excellent. Always quick to respond when we messaged him.
Beautiful house, very well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Very good communication with both the owners and property manager. The complex in which the house stands is also of a very high standard. The only reason for 4 stars for location is that very little was open in the village during our stay (January, so to be expected) so a car was essential.
We had a very nice stay in the super, beautiful quiet location in Anarita. The house was very already furnished and we lacked nothing, really everything was covered. I also had contact with the owner of the house Stephen and he is very friendly and gave many recommendations regarding beaches and restaurants. We have been really very satisfied and would book this house anytime and highly recommend it.
We have just returned home after a wonderful two weeks at this property, it is a home from home, quality furnishings and appliances throughout the house. Beds are comfortable, quality bedding and linen, nice outdoor furniture which we used lots! The area is very quiet and relaxing, had the pool to ourselves. Stuart is fantastic and is on hand to help out at any time should you need any help at all, Steve the owner has been excellent. The prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch, thank you very much , we will be back soon!!!
So sad to leave this lovely home which is in a perfect location.
The house is supplied with absolutely everything you need including comfortable
furniture / beds.
The outside space is idyllic with very pretty surroundings and a pool that we had to ourselves most of the time.
Anarita village is very quaint with a very friendly taverna & restaurant and a pretty church.
Perfectly situated just 10 mins from airport, local beaches and supermarkets.
Everything was just as expected and communication & information from Steve was outstanding.
Stewart was super quick to respond and help when needed.
Overall, just a perfect place that we didnt want to leave! đȘ
Thank you for letting us share your lovely home đĄ

We have recently returned from a wonderful stay at Stephen and Androulla's apartment, It is a very comfortable well equipped place to stay, they have thought of so many things that make you feel like you are really in a home from home. We loved the covered terrace that leads straight on to the pool area, it's a great place to sit at any time of the day. Anarita is a very quiet little village but we love to be away from the crowds. You need a car but everything is within easy driving distance when you need it.
We absolutely love Cyprus, itâs stolen a little bit of our hearts, hence our return this year. We had wonderful meals at both Gabrielâs and Olivioâs thanks to Steve's recommendations, we also went to Melitzia in Tala, our favourite from last year, their Kleftico is amazing! We had a trip into the Troodos to Caledoinia Falls, Troodos Square and a Trek up Mount Olympos including the stunning view point. We visited Kourion Archaeological site. Wow! And Kolossi Castle on the way home. Plus the Gorge, and not to be missed, lunch at the Last Castle (Viklari), another fave from last year! We loved visiting the little beach bar at Mandria for Sunset Drinks, that beach is never busy no matter what time of day you go, and we had a wonderful lunch at Kentpoikon in Mandria and also at the Pissouri Beach Cafe! We are sad to be home!
Thank You Seve and Androulla for entrusting your wonderful holiday home to us, we hope to return one day soon!
Very nice Villa in a peaceful location, fairly central but a car is necessary for getting around. Well equipped with all you need and the Nespresso coffee machine was nice and well used. Very nice swimming pools for adults and children. Tavernas in the village for traditional and European food. If you want a peaceful and relaxing break this is a good place to stay.
Mit einem herzlichen GruĂ an Stewart und Steve, mit denen wir in einer bewundernswerten Zusammenarbeit ein Katzenleben gerettet haben - thank you very much, great job and hope to see you again!
My Cypriot wife, Androulla and I both live in the UK with our two adult children and have been coming to Cyprus for over 35 years where we have many family & friends.
Year purchased: 2011.
Our much loved property is based in the peaceful, idyllic and traditional village of Anarita near Paphos, Cyprus. It is our pleasure to present our property to you where hopefully you may be tempted by whatâs on offer for a well deserved break in the sun. I hope you agree we have furnished our property to a high specification and our aim is to give you a 5* experience in a peaceful and traditional setting without having to pay 5* prices being charged at nearby large hotel chains.
After numerous visits to Cyprus to find the perfect location for our holiday home we discovered this idyllic and highly sought after gem of a village, Anarita. Being only 8 minutes from Paphos Airport and 15 minutes to Paphos centre it seemed the perfect location to buy. This area of Paphos has also generated a great deal of interest as a holiday destination due to being only minutes away and between three of the top golf resorts in Europe, Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley & Elea Golf Club. The views and surrounding scenery at Anarita are stunning and for anyone that likes to embrace and explore nature this will be a haven for you and your family. Anarita is the perfect location for those guests seeking a peaceful and quiet location but within a short drive from all the nightlife that Paphos has to offer. Limassol is also only a 30 minute drive away where the restaurants, shops and nightlife are now some of the best in Europe.
Anarita Chorio is built in an unspoilt Cypriot village and has every facility you will need nearby, including a a selection of excellent restaurants & tavernas, supermarket, bars and of course the obligatory church. Anarita has benefited unlike other areas of not being over developed and the whole development has an exclusive gated feel about it. Our property has been built to a unique style that is spacious but has pockets of privacy for those guests who wish to spend time alone. We have furnished and designed our home to a very high specification for those guests that like a little bit of 5 star luxury whilst on holiday.
