Spread out over 5 beautifully styled floors, this Grade II listed Victorian townhouse boasts luxurious interiors, generous living areas and partial sea views from many rooms, all in the heart of Tenby's popular seaside town. Combining the tasteful designs found in boutique hotels with the familiar comforts of self-catering homes, Chart House features a very well-appointed kitchen, spacious dining area and welcoming lounge to the ground floor, with a further living area on the 1st floor and brilliant children's hideaway in the loft, complete with PS4 console and a collection of games. There are five elegant bedrooms (one with ensuite cloakroom) to retreat to each evening and two family bathrooms for rinsing those sandy toes. Outside, a compact and colourful courtyard terrace offers a lovely private space for morning coffees and evening drinks. The house is within easy walking distance of all 3 of Tenby's gloriously golden beaches and its fantastic selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. If you can tear yourself away from the beautiful beaches and their breath-taking views, take a boat trip out to sea and spot the local sealife or wander through the colourful streets and explore Tenby's museums, galleries and amusement arcade. For some memorable family days out, venture over to the delightful village of Saundersfoot (4.5mi) and try your hand at paddle-boarding, visit the exotic wildlife at Folly Farm Adventure Park & Zoo or enjoy an action-packed afternoon at Heatherton Worlds of Activities.

Second Floor: King bedroom with partial sea views, twin bedroom with distant sea views over surrounding rooftops and a bathroom with bath and shower overhead. Third Floor: King bedroom with en suite WC and triple room (3 x 2'6" Singles that can be made up as 1 King + 1 Single on request). Fourth Floor: Loft space with Smart TV, PS4 console and small collection of games, beanbag chairs and board games.Â
Kitchen and utilities:Â Modern, fully-equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher, underfloor heating and door leading out onto small courtyard.
Entertainment: Smart TVs in the lounge, living room and fourth floor loft room. PS4 console and small collection of games & board games in loft room. Wi-Fi available.
For families: Â Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside:Â Small, secure sunny courtyard with bistro set for 4 people and gas BBQ. Hanging attachments/rails for wet suits and drying beach gear as well as outside tap.
General: Central heating, underfloor heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and 5 hairdryers provided. Extensive welcome hamper on arrival containing essentials such as tea, coffee, milk and sugar as well as fresh local produce and wine.
Pets:  1 small well-behaved pet welcome. Must keep to ground floor and strictly not allowed on any furniture. Please bring your own dog bed.Â
