Imagine being within 10 minutes of all the fun and excitement the Parkway has to offer, yet deep enough in the forest to catch a glimpse of a bear or raccoon from your bedroom window. This cabin is a hidden gem, allowing you to spend your days at Dollywood, sightseeing, horseback riding or a variety of other adventurous activities within a 15 minute drive. Then return "back home"- slip your shoes off, grill some steaks and gather ‘round the fire-pit for some old fashioned fun.

The area is heavily forested and often visited by wildlife. The green hilltop views from the cabin are spectacular, and calming to take in while rocking on the porch, sipping on some sweet tea!

The Hideaway boasts 3 Suites with ensuite baths along with a Bunk Room for the kids.

The Game Room has a pool table, 60 game arcade and bar height table and chairs.

The Pool Room is located adjacent to the Game Room on the lower level. It offers a relaxing seating area, patio table and chairs along with a 50” HDTV for your enjoyment.

Outside you will find the fire pit with a view of the surrounding hills and the lush forest.

Our stay

Only we didn’t like that the doorbells were annoying every time we went in and out of cabin. The pool alarm would go off every time we also went in and out. More cleaning supplies would have been nice also. Great family cabin!! Our host were awesome and would love to stay here again if we come back!

Wonderful Cabin and Perfect Location

This was our second stay at the cabin and absolutely love it. The cabin and surroundings are so nice. We especially enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee on the deck. The family had fun playing the outdoor games and swimming in the pool. The location of this cabin is perfect. You are only minutes away from Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Gatlinburg and the Park.

Awesome cabin!

This is a beautiful cabin that has tons of amenities and is conveniently located close to Dollywood and other attractions. The check-in process was very easy, and the owners were very prompt in communication and did every thing they could to make sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend and would stay here again in the future.

Mountains of fun

This place was beautiful. Full of things to do if you chose to stay in. The kids thought the road in and out of the neighborhood was a roller coaster. But the house was easy to find and in a great location. We could reach whatever we wanted in a short drive.

Castillo/Arias Tennessee Family Trip 2024

We recently stayed at this lovely cabin named “Backhome Way” & my family & I had a wonderful time. The setting was serene, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle & bustle of daily life. The cabin was well-maintained, clean, & cozy, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was GREAT. This is the first host whom always checked on us & made sure all was well & that was appreciated. The surroundings were beautiful with plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature or the towns which were not to far from the cabin. Whether you’re looking to relax by the fire or explore nearby trails, this cabin is a great choice. My grandchildren favorite part was the pool. We left feeling refreshed & would definitely comfier coming back.

Easy place to relax and enjoy all the area offers

We loved the location of this cabin up a mountain and out of the congestion but easy drives to activities in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg or the National Park. Keep driving a few hundred feet past the cabin and you’ll be at the summit and have a view of a most amazing sunset that overlooks the mountains. This cabin is very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The owners are very communicative. Highly recommend choosing this place for a vacation stay.

The hine was beautiful with a lot of things to do. I enjoyed the hot tub. The pool water was too cold for me but my daughters swam everyday. Great host and very responsive. Make sure to open doors and windows when frying. The smoke detectors are sensitive.

Perfect Getaway in a Beautiful, Private Cabin

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful cabin, which provided the perfect blend of privacy and ideal location. The cabin itself was spotless, reflecting the high standards of cleanliness that made us feel right at home. The owner/manager was exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Spring break

I scheduled this cabin for spring break for my adult children and grandchildren ages 2,5 and 14. Everyone loved the cabin. Pool was great and used every day. Hot tub was also great. Communication was fantastic. If something was needed, they responded very quickly. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it. Directions on getting there for very detailed. Not to far from many things to do.

Awesome Cabin for Getaway with Family Friends

Great long weekend at Backhome Hideaway with our teenage daughters and family friends. The cabin is in a great location, minutes from everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Accommodations were as advertised and well maintained and very clean. The outdoor areas, decks, hot tub, and fire pit were very nice and the indoor pool was a real treat with our young teenage daughters. Sandee was an excellent host and check in and check out were a breeze. We look forward to going back.

Great Cabin

Overall, we had a great time at the cabin! Have rented many times in the area and this one was the cleanest by far! We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub inside but the hotbtub outside wasn't as private as we would've liked. We actually rented this place for the heated, indoor pool but it wasn't warm at all, in fact the water was cool. We contacted the owner to ask whether we could adjust the temp but she said she would have to sched a pool repairman so we opted out of that. Sadly, we never used the pool. The pool table was nice except on one end there was not enough room to extend the pool stick without hitting the wall, but hey, it was still fun. The cabin has a lot of space, more than we realized which is great for larger parties. The main floor master bedroom has very little room for clothes. There is no closet, but a small chest with a barn door type closure that doesnt provide enough room for 2 people's clothing. Things that needed to hang were hung on door henges and door knobs. There was one closet in an upper bedroom I believe but thats it. All the others were locked. The master bed was okay but dipped in the middle and was rough for someone with a bad back. The kitchen was great! Very organized with everything labeled and in its place. As the VRBO ad states, there is only salt, pepper, and olive oil provided which was a first for us so if you do a lot of cooking, come prepared! As for the location, there are some "sketchy" homes nearby but we didn't feel unsafe at all. Enjoy!
