Welcome to Chill Inn, our happy place for cannonballs, movie nights and slow mornings with mountain coffee. The private indoor heated pool sets the tone, the game room keeps the laughs going, and cozy bedrooms make bedtime easy. The kitchen is fully equipped, parking is simple, and you’re minutes to Dollywood, The Island, the LeConte Center, and the National Park. Come swim, grill and chill. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, fast WiFi for streaming, a coffee bar, and easy roads and parking too.



The Space:

Chill Inn is designed for easy fun and true relaxation. The private indoor heated pool is the star, the game room keeps the laughs going, and the bedrooms make bedtime simple.



On three levels: the lower level has a queen bedroom with an ensuite next to the pool and game room. The main level has a king bedroom with an ensuite off the living room and kitchen. The upper level has two king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. There’s also a queen sleeper sofa. Every bedroom has an HDTV.



The game room includes a foosball table, a 70" TV, and a multicade arcade. The kitchen is granite and stainless, fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. Charcoal grill on the deck. Linens, towels, and blankets are provided. Parking for two vehicles in the driveway, with resort overflow nearby.



We stay here with our own family, so it’s stocked, cared for, and ready for your trip.



Guest Access:

You’ll have the entire cabin to yourself. The private indoor heated pool, hot tub, game room, decks, full kitchen, and laundry are all yours. Simple keyless entry with a unique code sent before arrival. Driveway parking for two vehicles, with resort overflow nearby. No shared spaces. Stairs connect the three levels. Pool and hot tub are available during your stay. Please supervise children in the pool room and keep the pool door closed to maintain temperature and humidity.



The Neighborhood:

Most sought after Alpine Mountain Village Resort neighborhood. No steep roads, a mile from the parkway and still very private!



Other Things to Note:

Pool is private and heated year-round. Please shower before swimming, keep the pool door closed, and no glass in the pool room. Always supervise children.



Hot tub rules: replace the cover after use, no oils or bath products, and shower first.



Three levels connected by stairs. Not wheelchair accessible.



Parking for two vehicles in the driveway. Resort overflow nearby. No RVs or trailers.



Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am. No parties. No smoking or vaping.



Must be 25 or older to book. All guests must be listed on the reservation.



No pets unless approved in writing before booking.



Starter supplies provided for a day or two. This includes paper goods, soaps, trash bags, and a few detergent pods. Please replenish as needed.



Kitchen has drip and Keurig. Bring your favorite K-cups.



Charcoal grill on the deck. Bring charcoal and lighter. Clean the grate after use.



We have routine pest control, but you may still see a friendly bug in the mountains.



Wildlife is active. Do not leave food or trash outside. Keep doors and car windows closed.



Decor and small items are refreshed often, so specific pieces may vary from photos.



Maintenance or pool service may access the exterior during the day. We will notify you if anything is scheduled during your stay.



Weather can change quickly in the Smokies. In winter, brief icy conditions are possible. Plan travel and footwear accordingly.



Interaction with Guests:

I’m nearby if you need me. Message me in the Airbnb app for the fastest reply. I typically respond within minutes from 8 am to 10 pm. For urgent issues like water, power or safety, contact me anytime. You’ll self check in with a code and I’ll respect your privacy. I never stop by unannounced. If you want local tips or a custom plan for Dollywood, the Island and the National Park, I’m happy to share. My maintenance team can assist if anything needs fixing.
