Casa de la Barca is an elegant 4-Bed duplex with views and rooftop jacuzzi!
Casa de la Barca is an elegant 4-Bed duplex with views spanning the valleys of Marbella that lead down into the Mediterranean Sea as well as the hills and mountains that surround it. With such a prime location it is likely to give you some of the best views Marbella has to offer.
The house is furnished in a modern and chic form.
Just in front of the entrance of the home, you will find a neat little shaded patio with outdoor seating, perfect for welcoming guests.
As you enter, you are received by a long entry lined by glass cabinets on one side as well as the open plan kitchen and counter on the other. This extends out into the beautifully lit living area with a wall-mounted SMART TV, which is bordered by the wide windows that give you an immediate view of the mountains surrounding Marbella. The dining area sits beside the living area and comfortably seats 8. There is also a small workspace beside the living area and a guest bathroom.
From there, you will find the first terrace access which will lead you out into the serene viewpoints that this home has to offer. The terrace has an outdoor seating area, dining table and a gas BBQ, perfect for you to soak up some sun, or enjoy the evening outside.
One of the four bedrooms is also located on this floor by the kitchen, it sits nice and snug with a 120cm bed and serves as a guest bedroom within the home.
Upstairs you will find the other three bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a 180cm bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower, a walk-in closet and a wall-mounted SMART TV, and also gifts you the spectacular views to wake up and fall asleep with. There is also another double bedroom (180cm) as well as another room which holds two individual single beds, so space and comfort are plenty within this cozy home. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.
The rooms of the home give you the option of using Air conditioning and/or ceiling fans for those who prefer not to use air conditioning, you are also pretty much guaranteed a cool breeze to blow through the home as with its positioning and terrace openings, the duplex enjoys great air flow all throughout the home.
Upstairs you will find the fantastic rooftop terrace. This is where the spectacular scenery can truly be enjoyed to its fullest. This larger terrace holds a covered outdoor dining area, a chill-out area, a sunbed, and a jacuzzi! - all which make for enjoyable days and evenings under the stars for the entire family.
There is also a communal swimming pool to enjoy. As it is shared by just 12 apartments it is seldom busy there.
The location of Casa de la Barca is right in the heart of Marbellaâs most upcoming district, Nueva Andalucia. You will find yourself within just a few minutesâ drive to Puerto Banus, Marbellaâs old town and other highlights.
For those that prefer to travel on foot, not to worry, there are several bars, a supermarket and some restaurants within just a 4-5 minutes walk.
For golf lovers, it may be good to know that not only do you have great views over Las Brisas and Aloha Golf. Also, the golf clubs of Los Naranjos and Magna Marbella (par 3 for beginners) are located in just a few minuteâs walk.
