The Ginestra 2 apartment is located in a semi-detached house in a quiet residential area behind the town of Marina di Campo, one of the most popular locations on the Island of Elba. The center and the beach can be easily reached by bicycle along a flat secondary road.
Ginestra 2 is a three-room apartment with living room, kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower. The house is not supplied with bed, bath and kitchen linen. Outside, the property is completed by a large space equipped with a gazebo, table and chairs completely fenced off, suitable for hosting your pet.
The apartment gladly welcomes four-legged friends with a cleaning supplement of € 35.00 for each animal to be paid locally.
