The villa is situated in an exclusive area of Javea in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, perfect for those that want a relaxing, stress-free holiday with no noise.

The large, private south facing terrace with its 10m x 5m pool enjoys 10 hours of sun a day and with the spectacular backdrop of the impressive Montgo mountain, you can top up that tan with no fear of being overlooked. The whole area is enclosed, and so you can relax with a good book on that sunbed whilst the children play in the pool.
At lunch you do not have to move far as there is a large poolside terrace bar with gas BBQ, perfect for poolside alfresco dining and spending quality time with family and friends. Enjoy lunch and great company around the large 8-seater dining table, shaded from the sun and great to spend hours in the company of friends and family.
The house boasts a double room and twin room, with a shared bathroom, finished to a very high standard as well as a two room ‘Family Suite’ with a large double and another double day bed. This area has two beautiful bathrooms and washroom, again all fitted to a high standard. This area overlooks the pool. For larger families a double ‘Sofa Bed’ is available.
