The villa offers a peaceful setting with lovely mountain views as well as easy access to a sandy beach resort (5 mins drive), old town Pollenca and Cala San Vicente (10 mins drive). The accommodation is across one level with interiors that are simply designed and decorated with white walls, tiled floors and dark wood furnishings. The lounge has an open fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, a sofa, easy chairs and a dining table. There is a newly fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and a fridge/freezer. The two bedrooms (1 x double/1 x twin) share a family bathroom and the double room has French doors out to the side terrace. Air-conditioning is provided in the bedrooms and the lounge. Outside, at the back of the property, you will find a great swimming pool surrounded by a terrace edged by hedgerows providing plenty of privacy for lazy days spent by the pool. A covered kitchen area with a built-in barbecue is a lovely place to cook and eat outside whilst enjoying the mountain views.
