Anguillara apartment for rent in Florence by Mmega
Apartment for rent in Florence located in the heart of the historic center, halfway between Piazza Santa Croce and Piazza della Signoria. This house consists of a large bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed, the kitchen and a complete bathroom with shower. In all, up to 4 people can stay here. The apartment is very well equipped as it is equipped with internet connection, air conditioning (there is a portable air conditioner), TV, washing machine and everything you need to cook from the oven and the microwave.
Thank you for sharing your space! The location was absolutely perfect as we were able to walk to EVERYTHING And there are so many restaurants close by - we had a hard time deciding where to eat. That decision was easily solved since there was also a Pam Local (grocery store) within walking distance. Great space!
The property boasts an excellent location, but please be aware that it's not suitable for guests arriving by car. In terms of quality, it's on par with a 2.5-star hotel. I've rated it accordingly, so adjust your expectations to match a 2.5-star standard, rather than expecting the amenities of a 3-star hotel.
The location is excellent, close to many points of interest. However, the property was dirty, had a bad smell, and the bathroom was full of mold and mildew. The beds were uncomfortable, and street noise made it hard to sleep due to poor window sealing. Not recommended unless improvements are made.
I recently stayed at this apartment in Florence that was disappointing. The cleanliness was subpar; the floors had grime, and the couch was stained. Additionally, the furniture was poorly appointed, lacking usable nightstands. Despite paying a cleaning fee, we were expected to walk two and a half blocks to dispose of our garbage, which felt unreasonable. The only redeeming quality was the location in the city center, but the tradeoff wasnât worth it. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay in Florence.
Youre here for the negatives? Lets get it out of the way.
The door locks are a little finicky, the room is floor level right by the door and sidewalk, so all people coming and going in and out. Youll be aware of it. At 2am partying patrons will wake you up. Prep for it.
The room is a big muggy, but the portable AC unit cools it down nicely.
The vent goes through the glass window (which doesnt have a curtain (the window is over 7ft above the sidewalk no ones peeking in)
The beds are entirely too soft, they are two twins smushed together and held together with a sheet.
Shower is small but effective..
BUT WHEN I TELL YOU THE LOCATION IS EVERYTHING.
Santa Croce is a left out the door and you can see it.
Doumo is a 6 minute walk
All the cafes left out the door left on the corner and straight are all good and delicious.
The river Arno is 3 minute walk
Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Vecchio are maybe 5 minutes away. Truly an A+ location would book again in an instant.
Excellent communication
Good wifi (did drop off
Piazalle Michaelangelo is about 24 minutes walk
The apartment was exactly as advertised and it is located in an amazing part of the city. The fact that the apartment is on the ground floor is great, especially with luggage. The check in was super smooth and professional and we were given lots of great recommendations for our stay. The communication with the owner was easy and professional, we highly recommend!
A great value for the money in a great neighborhood. The place is simple, yet smartly is very efficient and has everything you need.
Check in was a touch frustrating as there wasn't a lot of communication there, and the neighborhood can be a bit noisy with youth coming back from the bars in the wee hours, but overall I give this place a very high rating.
