Luxury holiday accommodation in our modern annex perfect for a couple. Large bedroom with king size bed and air-conditioning. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Spacious open-plan cooking/dining/sitting area with high vaulted ceiling and sliding glass doors with garden view. The bedroom measures 14.7sqm, the bathroom 4sqm and the open-plan cooking/dining/sitting area is 24.6sqm. The ample space and high ceilings give the annex a light and airy feeling. Underfloor heating throughout. We kindly request that no outdoor shoes are worn in the annex. Independent access is through a glazed link. Off-street parking in front of the annex. 8 minutesâ walk from the station and town centre and 15 minutesâ walk from the pier.

My husband and I stayed for several days. I was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were great and there was a lovely garden just outside the back. Air conditioning in the bedroom was great. The only thing we would add would be a coffee maker. They did provide tea and instant coffee. The cafe Nero has a wonderful latte! I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again.
We were very happy with our stay! The suite was large, clean and well supplied. The gardens were gorgeous. We loved the maps and the guide books supplied.

Accommodation was very good however I had only one comment to make concerning fire escape.
Entry to property was by two entrance doors, one external and one internal. On separate keys, this external door had to be kept locked at all times along with inner front door.
In the case of a fire evacuation needed both doors would need to be opened with a key. We kept inner door locked with key in the lock in case of evacuation however the outer door would have constituted a major problem in getting out, given the key configuration.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Ferienwohnung. Alles hat 100% gepasst. Die Unterkunft ist supersauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab sogar fĂŒr den Anfang etwas Milch, Brot und Marmelade. Es fehlte an nichts, top ausgestattet, Garten durfte mitbenutzt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Wir wurden freundlich von den EigentĂŒmern empfangen und uns wurde alles erklĂ€rt. Bei RĂŒckfragen standen sie stets zur VerfĂŒgung. Die Unterkunft besteht aus einem Wohn-/Esszimmer mit KĂŒche, einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad mit Dusche. Vom Schlafzimmer gelangt man auf die Terasse welche in den wunderschönen Garten fĂŒhrt. Diesen teilt man sich mit den Besitzern.
Alles war sehr hochwertig und neuwertig eingerichtet und wunderbar klimatisiert.
Alles war perfekt, sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeber, Ausstattung sehr geschmackvoll und edel, hervorragende Lage in der Stadt, super Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Wanderungen in den South Downs. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!
Die Wohnung war toll, entspricht gĂ€nzlich den Bildern. Die Ausstattung ist qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Von den Besitzer wurden wir Ă€uĂerst freundlich und herzlich empfangen, die Kommunikation war völlig unkompliziert (allerdings auf Englisch). Sie waren zuvorkommend, haben uns Tips gegen, fĂŒr uns sogar in der Touristeninformation BroschĂŒren/ Informationen besorgt und uns Ihre eigenen Karten zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. Sie haben ebenfalls dafĂŒr gesorgt, daĂ wir fĂŒrs erst ein biĂchen Brot, Marmelade und Tee haben. Sehr aufmerksam. Zusammengefasst: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und einen tollen Urlaub verbracht.

I was brought up in Singapore and Rowena in South Africa and we met when we were both working in Italy. We love travelling and have a cosmopolitan outlook. I lived in Eastbourne in my teens and twenties and we moved out of London to escape Covid lockdown and be by the sea and the open spaces of the South Downs.
We love our Edwardian entrance porch with stained glass, the period features and high ceilings in all the rooms and the large garden. We installed sliding glass doors at the back of the house and the annex to enjoy the garden view all the time.
