Arranged over one floor, the accommodation is elegantly appointed throughout. The open plan living space furnished with comfortable sofas and a 43â Smart TV with Freeview, is perfect for families and groups of friends to catch up or watch a movie. In the well equipped open plan kitchen, a gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, sink, washing machine and Tassimo coffee machine are all to hand. The living space windows bring the glorious Devon countryside, as well as valley and sea views to you while you eat and relax.
A family bathroom is equipped with WC, basin, shower and bath. Bedroom 1 is made up with a king size bed, bedroom 2 is a twin and bedroom 3 is a single.
There is private parking on the top tier for two cars. Access to the apartment is down a pathway on the driveway which leads up to the front door. The garden is accessed through the front door where there is a barbecue and outdoor seating on a lawned area providing an outdoor space for all to enjoy.
The pathway that leads down to the left of the house is access only for the guests who are staying in the ground floor apartment at Lower Upover. Dogs are request only and charges apply. All towels and linen are included.
Higher Upover is perfectly positioned to explore the North Devon coastline and enjoy numerous North Devon attractions. Clay pigeon shooting, pony trekking, horse riding, segway are all on the doorstep.
