Plaka's Privileged Accommodation

This is a brand new home for 5 in the heart of Athens!



The renovation completed on the summer of 2022 and you can find us at the famous and historic area of Plaka!



The apartment is located in a very strategy place, in Plaka, just under Acropolis. This is not a joke at all, you will be in the heart of Athens and I mean it!



The apartment has a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms with a flat TV each and two bathrooms!



The whole property is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7. For the winter there is the option for heating with natural gas with extra cost .





Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.



Entire property has free Wi-Fi!



Acropolis is the closest Metro station



Smoking is only allowed in the balcony



Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.



Early check-in, late check-out, and late check-in after 00:00 are available upon request, subject to availability, and come with a small additional fee.

The apartment’s location is perfect. Wonderful restaurants close by, Kosmikon restaurant is great for breakfast and/or dinner. 10 minute walk to all the main historical attractions of Athens. We highly recommend hiking to Philopappos Monument. Beautiful 360 degree views of Athens and the Acropolis.

We had a great time at the apartment in Athens. It is in a perfect location in Plaka with the picturesque town right outside your doorstep. The apartment was even better than pictured and more spacious than we were expecting. Communication with our host was very good and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The grocery store was very close by also. Would definitely recommend staying here !

This cute and roomy apartment is in the heart of Plaka and has a view of the Acropolis. Walking is easy and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping to keep you happy! George was quickly responsive to all our questions and even arranged transportation from the airport for us. We would be happy to stay there again!! The apartment is in a great location for easy walks to the Acropolis and other archeological sites around the area. Also is is close to shopping and many restaurants, just outside your door. We did not take advantage of the rooftop sitting area, but it did have a view of the hill time Acropolis is on, but really can't see it from there, but did have good views of Plaka area. We did take advantage of the washer and dryer, because we packed light since we were taking a lot of public transportation. The hosts were in constent communicationnand responded quickly, which made you feel more at ease in a foreign country. Great place, would highly recommend!

If you are looking to stay in Athens for a few days to visit the Acropolis and immerse yourself in the heart of the city, look no further. The location is absolutely perfect, you can easily walk everywhere. When you step our your front door you are in the middle of shops and restaurants. The actual flat is located above a restaurant called Ionos, which has excellent food in the evening and coffee and pastries in the morning. Even above a restaurant and in the middle of shops, the location was very quiet at night, no problems sleeping.The flat itself was very spacious for four of us, very clean and functional. A bonus was the fact it also had a washer and drier. We had been traveling for almost 2 1/2 weeks and this came in very handy.There is also a private roof top that looks directly toward the Acropolis. Great location to wind down with a glass of wine, watching the sun lower in the evening.One final point, George our host was very responsive and was able to help with pick up and drop off, made everything very easy for us. He was also very gracious to allow us to check in early. Would definitely rate our stay as 5 stars!

The location was great!!!! Very central. Safe and easy to walk everywhere. The balcony view of the Acropolis was amazing and very private. The rooms were spacious and clean, and looked new. We didn’t cook, but it had lots of plates and silverware. Having a washer and dryer that worked well was a good feature of this apartment. No keys to forget, just remember the code to get in and out. International traveler should note… in Greece, you cannot flush toilet paper. So you have to take out the trash daily! The trash was around the corner, maybe a 2 min walk. Local Bazaar (mini market) was about a 1 min away. Family loved the place and the location. I would stay here again for sure.

We had a great time in Athens. George was amazing at coordinating all of our transportation and check in process. The condo location was perfect and walking distance to everything. Our only complaint was the little bugs in the master shower. Otherwise perfectly clean and cool and lovely.

Awsome Athens Apartment

Excellent location, wonderful MENO Company, newly renovated modern accommodation, surrounding restaurants and shops are excellent. Close to transportation and easy reach to airport and port for cruises. Super value for the price, we'd stay there again when in Greece!

Perfect location

We could not be more happy with our stay. The location was perfect right in the heart of Plaka where there are so many wonderful restaurants and shops to choose from. George was a wonderful host and the accommodations could not have been more perfect. If you are going to Athens, I highly recommend this VRBO property.
